i would give a 5 star rating, but, i can get these water filters for 5 dollars cheaper most anywhere else.

Good replacement

This has the Culligan name and is an exact replacement. So I guess it's great!

This filter is supposed to remove chlorine and tastes. It adds the taste of plastic to the water.

Perfect fit to my Culligan whole house water filter system. This carbon wrap filter is superior to all others I have tried. Good flow rate, good taste of water, good iron removal, good particulate removal. Lasts over two months in my system whereas other brands are lucky to make one month.

Good for well water

The best filter of its size for removing particles, odor, and taste from the swampy and iron-rich water of our municipal well. And it maintains flow-rate for weeks longer than other carbon-wrap brands.

Water tasets plasticy

Under the kitchen sink, unfortunately the water tastes plasticy. We upgraded from the previous filter we were using, so now we'll go back to the previous filter.

RV Water Guard

This is for our RV that will be taking us to Canada and Alaska in the coming months. I do not like IFFY water and RV parks are usually fine, but this is extra protection.

These Culligan filters are the second part of my in-home water filtration system. this is final filter in the system and does a most perfect job of final cleaning of my well water. The water in my area has lots of silt and iron. I use a larger filter in front this filter. I have been using these for years and will not change, simply great product.

Love using these filters on our well water. Since we've installed these to our system we have way less build up and sediment on our faucets and kitchen appliances. They are easy to install and recommend replacing them every 3-4 months depending on your usage. Replace after use of 15,000 gallons of water. [Rewarded Review] Filters remove impurities, sediments and makes your water taste better

I installed a Culligan whole house filter and love the fact that I only have to change one cartridge. The cartridge filters out most of the impurities from my well pump. I noticed my faucets were getting clogged up with sediments and needed to be cleaned or replaced constantly. Since placing the whole house filter, this faucet cleaning has almost stopped. The Culligan Universal Water Filter fits into the holding basket and does an excellent job. You can see the sediment in the screen of the old filter. My water actually tastes better and less gritty to the touch. Replacing my filter with these new ones is an easy chore and takes less than 10 minutes.

[Rewarded Review] Universal WTR Water Replacement Filter

The Culligan Universal WTR Water Replacement Filter Cartridge arrived in good time and was well packaged. These filters are ever so slightly larger in diameter than the I normally get and they still fit into the sleeve. Being larger, that would give it more surface area to filter more sediments out of the water, thats a plus. Culligan is a well known and trusted brand, they have been around for a long time, good job. Just put it your calendar and swap it out every 3 months and you are good to go.

[Rewarded Review] Great universal filter!

This is a great universal water filter and should fit most systems. It was a little shorter than my typical filter but still fit and worked well and didn't rattle inside the filter housing. The filtration duration matched my typical filter of about a month on a residential well. So in terms of using this filter if they run out of your normal one, it should do the trick!
