Glitchy order process

Product is fine and so was the help I got at the store. The website however has some glitches. Upon placing my order it stated that my product was ready to pick up, which I thought was odd. Thinking it may have been on the shelf I went to store. Nope, not there.Staff at Woodstock was super helpful. I went back a few days later after not getting another notice and it was there. After pick up I got a notice that it was in.

I use these filters as a pre-filter to large water filter. As you can see from the second picture, they collect a lot of rust and other stuff, extending the life of the large filter.If your water quality is better than mine, you might be able to use just this filter.

I live in the country and utilize a deep well, so that means my water does not go through a treatment plant or any other kind of filtration process. So for me, these filters are certainly necessary. I have had this filter installed for approximately two weeks and as you can see by my pictures, it has trapped lots of dirt, and hopefully any other thing that might float through my pipes. I replace these approximately once a month.

This is a replacement filter cartridge for Heavy Duty whole house water filter systems. It measures 4.5 inches wide and 9.75 inches tall. It is for filtering out course sediment particles down to 50 microns with a flow rate of up to 10 GPM. This is a Universal Fit replacement cartridge that fits Models: HD-950A, WH-HD200-C Whole House Water Filters. The cartridge life is 6 months/24,000 gal but veries with use and water conditions. I filter my well water before the Water Softener and Water Heater so there is less sediment for them to deal with and will help make them last longer. The pleated design gives the filter more total serface area to trap more sediment. This cartridge does not fit the smaller units that use the 3 month/12,000 GAL filter cartridges.
