Lovely Fountain but the company stinks

We purchased this fountain in the late fall of the year. We kept it in storage until the snow ended and put it outside in the late spring after any chance of freeze. It is now the first of August and the fountain has been running for approximately 5 months. There are three sponge rubber type of inserts in the fountain which over the course of 5 months has totally disintegrated. Called company, took three times to get a representative on the phone only to be told that the warranty is only valid for 30 days. Shipping charge for 3 inserts 2x3" each was $23.00+ Ridiculous! Great and lovely product but absolutely no customer assistance. I would happily pay for the inserts but their charges are gouging to say the least.

Beautiful Fountain! I have it in plugged into a remote outlet in the courtyard. It's perfect & looks like a real mossy log. HD price was low compared to others. Very happy with purchase!

great customer service

When putting it away for the season I noticed a problem with the coating. I contacted customer service and they asked for some more information and photos. I ran a late with a reply and they were kind enough to remind me to send the information and photos. Shortly after that I was notified that they were going to send me a new unit. It arrived in good condition. Looking forward to using it in spring. No hassles with customer service, just great results.

Perfect Fountain for a Bachyard

The fountain is a great look for my elevated corner in my backyard. The fountain has a semi natural look to it. I like the three tier along the the flow of the water from one tier to the other tiers. I have the pump on the lowest setting which work best for not splashing water. There are three LED lights in each tier. The LED lights look great at night. I add two ground flood lights on each side of the fountain which really bring out the fountain appearence. One disappointing thing, the top fountain LED light burnt out after three days so I need to investigate how to replace the bulb. This is the only reason I rated the fountain a four. If the LED light top light was working I would have rated the fountain a five. Assembly was easy and I did it by myself. The sound of the water flowing from one tier to the other tiers is perfect for me. I would recommend two people if needed. I would recommend this fountain for anyone looking to enhance their backyard.

Pump was not working but company corrected it

Had a problem with the pump, It was difficult to get a photo or to attempt a video of the issue since it's the regulator on the pump that does NOT adjust the water flow but customer support provided a pump and is now working flawlessly

Love it

This fountain looks great. It’s all one piece and couldn’t be easier to step up. It holds 7.5 gallons of water. I’m very happy with my purchase and hopeful it will look good for a few years to come. I did put a stick in the bottom so any animals that may get washed in the reservoir can crawl out.

AWESOME FOUNTAIN!!!

After we got this baby set up and flowing, we discovered that there was a little bit of splashing that came out of the larger pool in the spillway. I found that if we decreased the water flow slightly and then added more water, the majority of the splashing went away. Also I have to brag on them. They got it here to my Lowes 3 days early. That is rare these days.

Great Performer

This is a great fountain solidly built. The fountain holds 10 gals of water and comes with a 400 gallons per minute pump. Easy setup by connecting the pump and plugging the 3 pre- installed LED lights. Looks awesome and runs continues. My fountain is 50% in the sun and requires approximately 2.5 gallons per week. I contacted Alpine Customer Service and spoke with Shadelle regarding an issue with the pump. Customer Service was great to work with and sent me a free replacement. Be sure to have your invoice and pics when calling. Upon adjusting the pump speed make sure to keep it medium to slow because it tends to splash out at max speed requiring refilling. I would definitely purchase again and Walmart had the best price and free shipping.

Curved Log Rainforest Fountain

Excellent experience, faster than expected delivery, great packaging, easy setup with explicit instructions, setup and running within 20 minutes. Quality product. Word of caution: be certain all waterproof connections for the led light harness are screwed tight, mine were not. Note: fountain requires 2 electrical outlets, 1 for pump and 1 for led lights. I plugged my led lights into a timer.

A lovely fountain, graceful shape

Graceful creation, looks lovely from several angels. Sounds more like a waterfall than a trickling stream. It holds a lot of water, so u dont have to fill it so often when its hot and dry out. There r some sponge-like things sttached to it in a couple of places, i guess to diminish the flow. I wonder what is available to replace them with, as they look like the first thing that will fail.

Fountain Has Real Wood Appearance

This is a great addition to our patio. The fountain isn't too heavy to move when empty. A full fountain is not only heavier but awkward to move qith water sloshing about. I used a furniture dolly to move it. Looks great at night with the lights on, too.

Lovely, relaxing sound!

I love this fountain! It looks beautiful on my deck and overall I am very happy with it. The only downside is that, with it running constantly, it needs to be filled daily. At first I thought it was leaking but now see that it splashes a lot, which takes the water level down too low for it to operate efficiently. I guess I will just have to unplug it when I’m not sitting outside; otherwise, I envision burning up the motor!

Looks better than expected and stong

Put it on back side of our small yard pond. Really makes the area better. We have a yard for birds and other wildlife and the sound of water is a great attraction.

Our fountain arrived in just a few days and was everything we had hoped for, and more!! It has a beautiful sound, LED lights are so beautiful at night, and it is very authentic looking. I could not be more pleased with this beautiful addition to our landscaping!! I would highly recommend it.
