Not recommended for outdoor use

The metal started to rust after two weeks and more so concerning if you leave it outside plan to bring in the cushion when not in use. We had some rain come through and for two weeks afterwards even after hanging the cushion out to dry it never fully dried out. Contacted the vendor and they recommended indoor use.

LED light doesn't work, customer service can't replace

Do not buy. I bought mine from Target, brand new out of the box the LED light doesn't work. I have chatted with customer service from this company for 20 mins only to be told they can't replace the light for me and to contact Target. Target won't be able to send me the light that THIS company provides for their item. What a complete waste of my time, only to be told they can't replace it. Do better. I will NOT be buying from this company again.

Not real happy with it

easy to assemble but the chair will not line ip with the frame. the frame is off as the holes need to line up. The frame is a mess. one leg dosentfit tight, thus it won't set level..If I had the musels I would send it back.

Very unhappy with quality of cushion on lounger. I brought it in when it rained and at night but still sun lightened areas and dark little spots like mold. It was a gift and I have no paperwork so company would not help. I simply wanted to buy new cushion but unable. They tried selling me a new one. I don’t want to buy a whole new one for a cushion. REALLY 😡

Well worth the money, but be prepared to wait on order

The product is as advertised, looks great next to my inground pool. I watched video reviews online and was satisfied that this purchase would be the right fit for what I was looking for. The only spot I have an issue with was on the backend of the ordering process. I ordered two chairs on the same day, same order and only received one. You cannot call this company for whatever the reason and can only communicate through email. I will say they do respond promptly, but the information they provide may not necessarily be accurate. Although I appreciate the acceptance of blame on their part for messing my order up the rest of my order did not arrive when they said it would. If they mess up on the order they do volunteer to refund you back the money spent, but I wanted the chair so I worked with them on another shient date. The chair I was missing finally arrived after two weeks and I am well pleased with the product I received.

Excellent chair. Very comfortable and beautiful. The add-on light its perfect for reading into the night. Arrived very fast and it was so easy to assemble it.
