Easy to use, works well to seal concrete

This product was fine but not what I was looking for. I wanted a high gloss but the store did not carry any high gloss sealer. Nearby HD stores didn’t either.

Easy to use and seemed to cover a large area of the bathroom.

Very easy to use. I love the quick dry- I hope it works and lasts - it did dry nicely and did not dull the surface of my shiny porcelain tile .

Works well sealing grout!

I'm very pleased with the performance of this product. I lay it down with an applicator bottle, it soaks in quickly and dries nearly as fast. It makes the grout impervious to water in a very short while. I am also very happy with how much coverage I am getting out of this jug.

It definitely helps to protect your tile and grout from water damage. It will extend the life of your bathroom tile. It adds a protective coating like wax does on your automobile. It met my expectations and was easy to apply.

Tile and Grout Sealer

Just what I needed.

Needed it to seal my brand new shower tile

Don’t waste your time and money!

This product did nothing to my grout! First, of all it looks like I was sold water!! Second, I sealed my grout 4 times, letting it dry in between, followed the directions and tested it out to find out it did nothing. Water went right through my grout! Don’t waste your time or energy using this product! I wasted a whole day, spent $50 dollars and my grout is not sealed! Tile lab do better!
