This is a very pretty quilt, well made, but it is definitely on the light side. For Wisconsin area, would use a different quilt in the winter months. It could be a year-round quilt in warmer climates.

Love this spread, the colors set the tone for relaxing. That said I bought a queen size for my queen but should have ordered a king as it does not cover the box springs on either side. Probably will order the king size.
