Item arrived with a cracked leg with obvious glue over the area where someone tried to "patch it up". Item was left packaged until I moved into a new home. After opening the package and seeing the damage, Houzz was notified but refused to compensate or replace the item as if was "past the due date for returns". In addition, drawers are difficult to open and close. Highly disappointed in this product and Houzz. Will not use Houzz in the future.
