I recently replaced my kitchen faucet. The old faucet adapter needed to be replaced. My local store was out so I ordered this online. It not only worked perfect on my faucet but also hooked up perfectly to my Whirlpool portable dishwasher.

Replacement for GE part

Had a new sink and faucet installed and could not gel the original GE adapter ouyt of the old faucet. I drove 40 miles to get his part at the nearest lowes. This seems so much easier when connecting the hose to the ffaucet. This makes connecting so much easier and you will know what I mean when you use it the first timel

I needed a small adapter and this one is for a large connection. I liked the look of it better than the one I have for the small connection. Great if you need a large connection adapter for your dishwasher.

I bought this to replace the adapter that came with my dishwasher. It fits my facet and it doesn't spew water out of it like it was doing before. Makes doing dishes so much simpler.

Disappointed

The flow restrictor inside the housing restricted the water so badly for my dishwasher that it would not fill properly and I had to remove the small plastic disk to open the flow rate up more. The washer inside the housing was not designed well enough to keep the water from coming up the internal threads and dripping constantly when used with dishwasher. Danco has a good name in the plumbing business but this product was inferior!

Works, but...

This adapter fit the faucet threads & the quick-connect well but leaks around the internal threads. Because there is no hex or knurling to allow a good grip, it was impossible to tighten enough to stop the leak. Also, the aerator is a poor design which gives 6 small streams of water unless the faucet is open fully.

This piece did not fit

I gave this 3 stars because I neither like nor dislike it. It fit the faucet perfectly. If I had the hose that this was made for, I'm sure it would have fit that. I can say that it is threaded both inside and out. The is great because I have found that faucets are different. I can also tell you that it comes with rubber washers for both. That's about all I can tell you about the piece. Once last thing... I have a Whirlpool portable washing machine with a clip lock hose. This os the fifth one of this and I am still searching. So make sure you are using this for a dishwasher. Hope this helps
