Quality

Excellent. We had a 60/40 on top of the counter for 20 years and wanted a 60/40 undermount with our new quartz countertops. Love it!

Shockingly Disappointed !!

Was so excited that I was going to be putting in a new sink. I replaced a sink I had for 27 years, within a weeks time the scratches that this sink shown shocked me. Never had this with previous sink. So disappointed with the poor quality of material used, doesn’t reflect at all what I read in the description. Will not be easy replacement since it was put in with my new granite countertop, would cost to have it and the water fixtures removed.

Sprayer stops working

This will be my 3rd sprayer in 4 yrs.

The size of the sink is a good size

Rusty Sink in less than a Week

I had the sink installed along with a new countertop. It has begun to rust in the corner of one bowl within one week. As this is an undermount, I'm stuck with a rusty sink. I believe the finish is defective. The rusty areas look like road rash. I did nothing to damage the finish.

Pretty easy Honey Do project

I ordered it online from Lowes . A couple hours later they told me I could pick it up. Cut out the template very carefully. Tape the template down nice and straight with extra care. on the curved sections contour.. The rounded off corners with be easily seen when you mount the sink so get it right. I used that CLEAR Lexel water proof and mildew resistant. I made my own counters myself using stone coat Epoxy so I was able to use screws and brackets to hold the sink in too. Easy project Wife loves how deep the sink is.. Helps with water getting on counter.

Unsatisfactory Performance

The sink rusts before one week, just installed with new countertop, big disappointment.

It holds water when needed, and let’s it drain out where I’m done.

Double stainless steel sink

Looked great when installed 1 month ago. BUT it scratches so easy and I have pads on the bottom of the sink??????!!!!

Double Stainless Sink

I ordered this sink for my kitchen remodel. Undermount in my beautiful ceasarstone counter. Im the only one who uses the sink and I am super careful! I even have mats on the bottom of the sinks and over the top part, so very careful NOT to scratch. BUT I see that there are scratches on the bottom?? ! I dont know how and where they came from :(

Just what we wanted

Replaced a quartz composite sink that had developed a crack. Biggest challenge was getting the old sink out. A couple of YouTube videos helped me with the install. Sink looks better than the old one ever did. Good product, easy to install.

Easy maintenance.

We purchased this sink based upon reputation. We'd had another sink at our prior home of similar design (that was Eclipse Stainless, now E2 Stainless). The American Standard compares very favorably with that sink. However, we have been disappointed that there are no custom-fit in-sink stainless steel grates with rubber feet for American Standard.

Noisy hollow sounds

I just bought this from Lowe’s for new countertops. It is very noisy. The description says rubber pads on the sides but my sink only has them on the bottom. If product was as described I think there would not be as much hollow sounds.

Easily gets stained from cups and plates

Leave a coffee mug and it gets stained. The stain wont go no matter how much I try. Not sure how are 5 star reviews given here. Very dissapointed . Attaching photos for reference
