This is perfect for all baking. Also, great for making soup. Everything cooks faster that in typical dutch oven. Hand wash when finished. Comes clean easily.

New pots and pans

These are a good kind of heavy. They heat up slowely and retain heat well. These pots and pans are hand wash only after they have cooled down. There are little plastic spacers when you unpack save them and when you store them they separate lid from bottom to keep from chipping. The lid ring and base ring are exposed so you do need to season them. Turn the pots and pans upside and put aluminum foil underneath to keep from making a mess of you pan and oven bottom.

I love my new cobalt blue Dutch oven. Recently I had my cabinets painted and changed the colors in my kitchen. My tired old red Dutch oven seemed out of place, although it has many more years of use left. I wanted one to match my new colors. It’s just a gorgeous blue and looks so well made and I have 3 non stick Tramontino skillets and the quality is superior so I know this Dutch oven will be no less. You can tell how serious they are about quality also by the way it was packaged. I’m so impressed and can’t wait to use it.
