Don’t ever purchase anything from Coleman

Initially purchased the Zendex Dark Brown Adjustable Height Home Office Desk. Upon delivery to my home it was noticed the desk was not functioning correctly. One would think that the manufacturer would take their diligence to ensure that they would deliver a functional product to the customer. But no not Coleman. Anyway, after discussing the issue with the company they FedEx me another desk that I have to put together myself and be inconvenienced by taking my time to put together. Then, on top of it I have to remove the non-functioning product from my home without any assistance from Coleman.

Doesn’t work most of the time

Worked great for the first few months. Now it gives constant errors and refuses to move. I have to reset it 5-6 times to get it to start working again. Would not spend $500+ on a standing desk to have it break 6 months in.

Had to have it replaced twice in 5 months

Not a reliable adjustable desk.

Office Furniture

I bought over 9K dollars worth furniture. All the pieces were exactly how we saw them in the show room, and they were all in great shape.

Like the desk style, but very disappointed in function

Desk is nice quality, however I've had constant issues with the electronic controls. It seems like cheap technology. It will error and need to be reset multiple times a day. And also will automatically raise or lower far past were I set the height at.

Pretty good

I got a desk and matching bookcase, overall I am happy with it, but there were a couple chip marks, the up and down arrows that were supposed to to be up and down are all sideways and wet marks on the charging station. There is more, but not necessary to explain it all. I contacted customer service and all they would do is refund me $40 which both products were over $800.00.

Love the desk but...

It was delivered in a box for assembly. No one advised me that this would be the case.

Adjustable Desk

Miserably disappointed. Delivery and assembly went well, but ability to raise or lower is not worth a penny. No instructions on how to “set” desired levels. The thing changes levels without touching any button. Up arrow sends it down and down button sends it up. Constantly requires reset. Too much having to unplug, hold button down while replug.

Very nice desk

It was a bit rough to build, but I’m very happy with the result, it’s much more spacious and easier to organize than my previous desk, and having built in USB connections are a big plus.

Stand up desk x 2 defective ones = refund

I had ordered a stand up desk which the delivery guys brought. The first one was defective, 2 days later they brought and assembled the 2nd desk, it was also defective. I requested a refund on 10/24/2023 and I am still waiting for the refund to hit my card. I have called multiple times and I get the same answer: accounting has to push it through. We have sent an email to have this taken care of. It will take 3-5 business days. Well, 4 calls later and it is now 11/13/2023 and I am still waiting. This is unacceptable and I am disappointed at the lack of initiative to correct this matter. Please complete the refund today!

The functionality and look is what I wanted. The finish on the desktop is not great. It feels papery and cheap. The inner construction hardware has poked through the top creating catches and an inconsistent/bumpy tabletop. Super disappointed.

Standing desk

Love my new standing desk. Enough room for my two monitors, laptop, keyboard and a pad of paper! Easy to use and the perfect way to break up a meeting day!
