Great quality and craftsmanship. My only issue is that the package did not arrive on the date that was guaranteed(before Christmas). That was my only issue and I had no issues with the product itself.

For a shop with the word "karma" in its name I would have expected more honesty and integrity. Perhaps they are only looking for bad karma? Either way, this bag was extremely misleading. Shame on me for not reading the bad reviews. I'm kicking myself for that now. Like many others, my bag came in terrible shape, dyed a weird purple-ish color, dye bled onto the interior canvas, and stunk to HIGH heaven. The chemical smell made me physically ill. It smells like a mixture of manure and spray paint. Just awful. When I contacted the Seller and asked for a refund I was not met with good customer service. I was gaslighted that my bag will not smell soon and that its just dye and the color will change with wear. HILARIOUS. ALSO the photos they use are fraudulant. They are from a leather goods shop and denali leather's websites. BEWARE!

I was very impressed with the quality of this messenger bag. A gift for my husband, he was thrilled to receive it. The water buffalo leather had no appreciable smell, and the inside was finished nicely. It took a little time to get here, but I suspect was held up in customs and I hadn't checked. Thank you very much.

I bought this for my brother as a gift and it arrived promptly within the 2 week delivery period. However, the bag smells very badly. Perhaps the leather was not cured properly? We've tried various ways to clean the leather and to air it out over a week, but it still gifts off a pretty bad odour. Enough for office colleagues to comment on it being smelly. :/ It looks great and looks of good quality though. What a shame.

It was for my husband's fathers day gift. We gave it to him a few days early. He absolutely loved it..

I ordered this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I watched the estimated delivery date come and go, with no shipment notice. After 2 messages inquiring about an estimated ship date, with no reply, I finally received an email saying that the bag shipped. Imagine my surprise when I get a box from Amazon a few days later, with the bag inside! The bag looks like the pictures, but it has a horrible, play-doh smell. It's been outside on the porch for a week, and it still stinks. I can't recommend this item or this shop.

Bag arrivedsupervquick— and appeared to have been chewed on by rodents. And it stank. Contacted seller and they said they would send replacement. Nothing ever showed up. Money down the drain.
