Impossible to put together without a power drill. Cheap looking. Veneer is off in some places.

Nice nightstand!

I was very happy with these nightstands which look very nice beside my bed, whose frame is a similar color. They were relatively easy to build too, and the price was very attractive.

Smart night stand for the wife's side of bed. Goes together reasonably easy, just follow the directions and it's like you bought it out of a regular furniture store. Dan L.

Looked OK after an hour and a half of assembly but very poor quality . Way too many pieces of hardware. Thank goodness the instructions way spot on.

With a uniform brown finish, I'd rate these a 5.

Overall I am very satisfied with the night stands (I bought two). It took my brother several hours to assemble them (I'm awaiting shoulder replacement surgery), but they went together well and fit perfectly into the niches I had for them. Drawers work very smoothly. My one disappointment (and this may just be a negative for me) is that I expected them to have a uniform opaque dark brown finish. However, what they appear to have is a dark wash or stain that looks lighter or darker depending on the tone of the wood underneath. There are some curved striations or arcs visible that I at first took to be marks left in the wood by a circular saw that were not sanded smooth. If that were the case, even with a coat of opaque brown paint the marks would still be visible and tangible. However, after running my fingers all over the tops, they felt perfectly smooth, and I decided that the patterns were actually the grain of the wood and not tangible scratches or marks. So if the look continues to bother me, a coat of brown paint should take care of that. Something another reviewer cited as a negative for him was something I was looking for: The stands are two to three inches lower than the typical ones, which made them the perfect height for an unusually low bed. They look proportional and the tops are easy to reach from the bed. .

It works but the picture is a bit off. That bed must be sitting on the floor to show the table this high. The actual height in my room is about 8 inches below the top of the mattress. It works okay with very tall lamps which I had for that room.

Great nightstand!

Pretty good quality for the price. Feels solid when put together and looks good. Assembly took my husband and me about 3 hours but instructions clear, step by step.

It is a good night stand, arrived in good condition.I didn’t measure before buying so I was surprised to see that it is very low, it’s meant for a young child and not a regular adult bed. But I like the style and it is good material for the price.

Right Size

Just the right color and size to add next to a comfortable chair in the bedroom. Took a while to build, but came out great.
