Started out great but has since quickly sagging

Overall it’s pretty good. But when I got it just one of the poles had a slight bend to it. After opening it was only slightly noticeable ag start but now after only about 6 months of use one side is sagging a lot and can clearly see just the one pole that has bent more and more and now one side is completely sagging.

Great first summer of use!

This umbrella is HUGE and consistently gets comments from visitors on how nice it is! Due to its size, we rarely use in winds over 12-15mph (I also suggest springing for the larger 300# base). No cover is included, we purchased a different brand cover to ensure the fabric stays nice for multiple years. Any cover will be difficult to install though due to the height of this umbrella in the stowed position (we use a 8’ pvc tube to help get on/off). Full summer of use and still love it!

Ordered online for my son's birthday for his new place. It was supposed to deliver August 8th according to the confirmation file sent after ordering. Said 2-3 days on line but then changed to a week after I hit complete purchase. It never showed up on the 8th of August. I kept calling HD but they didn't know what was wrong. I used the tracking # and it said, "undeliverable" and nobody would help us at the carrier.

Fast shipping, easy set up, great coverage and versatile

Was fairly easy to assemble. Definitely needed 2 people as the umbrella is very top heavy. Overall I am satisfied with it.

umbrella is great, box quality not so much

When I picked up the umbrella I noticed the box had some damage. I was assured the umbrella was fine. There were no instructions in the box but not too hard to figure out. Once constructing the base was finished and mounted to the deck, we took out the umbrella out to hang. There is a hole in the umbrella which I’m going to say was because the box I was given and loaded was damaged. Very disappointing as this is too large and bulky to return. I’ll have to patch it

Umbrella looks very nice and good quality. We contacted the seller due to some issues and voila! We got a new umbrella delivered at our doorstep. Seller is very responsive and polite. 100% recommend to buy this umbrella. Looks perfect in our deck.

[Rewarded Review] Great product… But damaged…

I was very excited for this, however when I received the product it was damaged. Not to the point of being unusable but damaged none the less. I did notice that when the umbrella is fully extended it is VERY unstable. I have mine now anchored to the ground. Other than the damage and stability issues it is super easy to erect by yourself. If not damaged would be 5 stats

The umbrella is alright. Its hard to incline the umbrella with one hand and takes a lot of effort. Rotation is said to be 360 degrees but only 4 lockin positions are available.
