[Rewarded Review] Luxuriously Soft Rug at a Great Price!

I recently purchased this white super soft rug, and I absolutely love the luxurious feel it adds to my space! The texture is incredibly soft and comforting underfoot, making it a pleasure to walk or lounge on. While it is a bit slippery, especially on smooth flooring, adding a rug pad easily solves that issue. For the price, the quality is excellent, and it has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy and affordable addition to their home!

This rug is great except that it’s very slippery! Wearing slippers or socks made it feel a bit unsafe. It’s soft and beautiful but wish it had more texture. Perhaps this is the trade off for a washable shag rug.

Rug was beautiful but then quickly was matted

I bought this rug, when it arrived I loved it. It was so stunning and soft in my living room. My living room is my most used spot on my home. This rug didn’t last 6months before it was trashed. I did clean it, even followed the care instructions, and it just got worse. I wouldn’t recommend this rug in a high traffic area!!

Ordered the taupe plush cloud and it is so much lighter than pictures. Looks like an off white🫤 Customer service was fair. When I tried tracking my package it didn’t move or at least I wasn’t getting updates . Had to write twice to get a response. On the plus side it is incredibly soft but would have ordered a darker color if the colors had been more accurate.

I feel like I totally scored. It’s as soft as my cat. It feels so nice on your feet. Smoothed out very quickly after unwrapping. Does not slip and it’s as beautiful as it looks in the photo. Absolutely gorgeous.

Extremely slippery

I wanted to love this rug. It is washable, so soft, and looks great! But it was incredibly slippery. If you walk on it in socks, at best it gives an annoying slipping drag to your steps; at worst, a person could actually fall. This iis not a rug for any location where people walk regularly.I am extremely irritated at the fact that, to return an order of multiple pieces, this company requires each item to be returned separately and charged separately. The charge is $16.74 PER ITEM. I can understand that some companies want customers to pay return shipping, but having to unnecessarily multiply it is unfair and maddening enough that I will not order from this company again. I have now paid $33.48 for the privilege of finding out that these rugs are way too slippery, so I hope that this review helps someone else.

Love this rug!! Soft, high quality rug. Bought it for our daughters room because my other daughter has exact one in her house. Delivered fast and in a great box which made it easier to lay flat! Would buy again!

Cute rug

I got this rug for my granddaughters room. It is cute and soft. I would not call it plush as in other descriptions. It is soft to touch but not plush underneath. I also ordered the rug pad. Underneath it’s still pretty hard. Also the surface is slippery. I felt like this was not described elsewhere so I’m commenting on it.

Purchased the rug for our nursery. It delivered quickly and the folds from shipping came out over night. The texture is very soft and a little slick with socks on but I don’t find it to be a safety concern. Very happy with the color and design.

Worst company and customer service

This company delivered the wrong rug it was a different style and Huge/heavy. They told me the only way I’d get my refund is if I unwrap it and tell them the sku code. It had no sky code. They then told me I had to go and buy a shower curtain to wrap it so FedEx could pick it up. I had to spend money, and ask help lugging it downstairs for a rug I didn’t even buy. How is this customer service?

I wish I could say something nice about this rug however, the shipment was missing then when I received the rug it wasn’t even what o ordered. I tried to get the correct rug but was told my claim would be sent elsewhere and I’d hear in 1-2 business days. They sent me a return label for the rug I didn’t receive! So, now my baby gift isn’t here, I have the completely wrong rug, no answers and a label to return a rug (go out of my way to print, drive to a fedex and drop off) for a mistake that’s not mine. I’d love the rug I ordered and paid for but clearly they can’t even manage that. Super disappointed!

I got this for a man who has various health issues. It is in front of his recliner. He usually wears his slippers all the time. He loves the Ivana rug, so much. He takes his shoes off, now, and loves the feel of the rug. I have tried many styles, to improve his comfortand help circulation. This is, by far, the very best. It is amazing how much he loves it! The rug is beautiful, and the feel is the best!I highly recommend it.

The rug is lovely but it's slick and we have a baby so I wanted to return it for a different one that wasn't slick. They charge you to return it no matter the timeline. Due to their return policy, I will not be looking for the right rug at Rugs USA. No other place does that. I paid for the shipping to get it to me and now I have to pay to ship it back again (almost $50 for two rugs).

This is the coolest rug! It’s so soft, so pretty. Seems well made so far. Very unique style and texture. I actually didn’t get a rug pad and it seems to stick fine without slipping around. I still might get one later for extra padding. My dogs love it too. Only complaint is it’s a lot less “bright” than the photos online indicate. I was expecting a more burnt orange. But it’s a true brick color with more red and brown in it. It’s still pretty for a versatile color pallet. Looks to brighten based on the room lighting.

Do not recommend

I’ve tried to leave a review. It doesn’t show so a few days later I’m trying again. Rug is not practical. It’s like face fur. It’s slippery. Never to be used in busy area. Returning they wanted me to pay postage and somehow I’m suppose to wrap. The plastic it arrived in is shredded or I couldn’t get it out. Very disappointed. I do not recommend doing business with them with this return policy. I have many comments and pictures but it didn’t accept my review before so I doubt it will now. I have washable rugs. For a tv room it needs to be practical. Fake fur? I saw plush but thought it was just thickish. Regardless it’s not washable. You cannot dry fake fur. It would weigh 209 lbs wet, break washers at laundry Matt and burn if dried. There is no way to hang yo dry and it would smell like mold if it did finally dry. I really wish I had not spent my precious money on this.

Not as advertised

It’s like a blanket. I bought a pad which isn’t really a pad it’s a sheet. I cannot get to stay. So I tried to put the rug down. One would think that thick is good but it’s too thick. I cannot get under furniture after trying for an animal. If it needs to be cleaned I’ll have to throw away. There is not a washing machine big enough except if I pay $100 yo be washed. It’s seriously looks like a faux fur blanket with a tough backing, I’m not going to attempt to return because it’s sooooo heavy. Do not buy for a busy area. Do not buy yo put under furniture, I’m angry that I’ve wasted the money, the color is pretty, maybe a small one in a guest bedroom never ever used, grrrrr

Great quality and incredibly soft. Usually, I associate washable rugs with scratchy, uncomfortable materials. Since putting down the rug a week ago, I spend more time sitting on the floor than in any of my chairs. great purchase, lovely muted tone, and brings a level a warmth to any room.

[Rewarded Review] Very soft, colors not accurate

This is a super soft, plush rug. It’s very comfy on your feet but I agree with other reviews that said it could be very slippery. I wouldn’t want it in a living room for that reason. The backing is rubbery, and I have it under a bed so I am not using a rug pad. It arrived folded, but did not take long to unwrinkle and I didn’t notice any unpleasant odor. The website photos don’t accurately depict the color. The Taupe color is not brown at all, like the photo. It’s much more beige/grey. Returning is too much hassle, so I’ll make it work. Also make sure you check other sites. I found this exact rug sold as a different brand name on two other sites for up to $100 less, but unfortunately I had already placed the order with RugsUSA.

Not my favorite to be honest. Weird texture - slippery

I rolled it out, put it in place, and considered returning it because it looked kind of cheap. I don't care for the texture at all, and it's very slippery when you have stocking feet. I would not recommend it, although my friends who have been over like it.
