Great compliment to any decor in any room. Well made. Even education. The first thing my grandkids want to look at when they visit.

Used the globe as an accept piece for my son in laws office. The colors were exactly as depicted online. Very classy in appearance.

Hoped for better

Globe sticks against the arch so rotating it is done very delicately and globe picture is basically a decal glued to sphere. Would have liked a better quality product from Overstock.

Do not buy this globe. It is much too small to function as anything but an ornament; it is poorly made; it doesn't spin because the frame scrapes against the globe itself; and mine came with scratches on the globe because the "C" frame had scraped against the paper of the globe. Not worth more than $* if you want a cheap ornament for your book shelf.

Looks nice but the globe scrapes on the turn, and has messed up the design. Cheap.

It a beautiful piece, I wish it was bigger! But you can read all the Continents and most Countries!

At this time I am pleased with how quickly I received this item I’ve been looking for a world globe for some time I will be putting it together tomorrow after I do I will take a picture and add to my review I bought this in memory of my dad whom just passed away we loved looking at maps together

Small, not advertised height

I ordered this. It came it. It measures 12 inches tall, with the stand..... the dimensions state it is 21 inches tall..... not what I ordered.

Antique quality

I love this gl8be! It has a really nice antique look... something different from the norm. It appears stordy and durable. I would definitely recommend as a great addition to office decor.

Easy to read globe.

This was perfect size for NY desk, it spins smoothly, and all of names are clear and colored. My husband loves it.

A little lighter than expected, but looks good

Small but cute

It is much smaller than I anticipated. I thought the measurements reflected the size of the globe, but it includes the stand. It is cute but difficult to read. No geological information.

I have always wanted a Brass Globe to set on my old desk and this was the perfect size for me. The only con is that the globe is made of cardboard which damages easily.

Great gift that is useful for anyone

This is old world looking and beautiful, but it is too small to read unless your vision is perfect! I purchased two and use them as book end type decor in my law office
