Nice, little table. The only issue I had was that the item was completely cracked in the back so I had to return. It was packed well so I'm guessing damage happened before shipment.

Absolutely love this end table. Using as an aquarium stand. Was seeking a round table, this is perfect and it matches the rest of my furniture in my living room. The color is on point and the storage is a very nice added addition especially since items are hidden behind door. Item is assembled when it arrives. Price for item, even better.

What a splendid little round credenza !

I just love this adorable little table. I don't know what's wrong with the cranks or what they expect. I refinish furniture myself and there's nothing wrong with this Chinese-made table. No, it does not have a "hand- rubbed" finish. It's plenty smooth but if you're that fussy, get some ultra-fine steel wool and rub it yourself. The inside is not exquisitely finished because the insides of furniture and the underneath parts frequently are not perfectly stained and sanded—oh boohoo, woe is me. If the door is a little stiff, there's this stuff called WD-40 to put on the hinges. If you don't like the smell of WD-40, you can substitute vegetable spray from the kitchen cupboard. If the little drawer doesn't open as smoothly as you'd like, there's this stuff called candle wax you can rub on the edges of the drawer bottom. (This applies to any drawers you have in your home that stick.) The drawer size is governed by the shape of the table—round. Therefore it must be either narrow and long or short and wide. It's ample for storing the ink cartridges for my Canon printer that I bought this to support. There's even an ingeniously functional "Old World" spring-like wooden flange fashioned inside to prevent the drawer from falling out. When you open the elegantly curved front door, there's a shelf inside overhanging the bottom panel so that you have two generous tiers of storage space. It appeals to me aesthetically in that it is round and the printer on top is a rectangle. It does indeed look like much finer and heavier furniture than it actually is. It comes packaged very carefully by the Chinese makers as "a box within a box" with styrofoam panels surrounding the inner box to protect it from damage. This is quaintly reminiscent of those nested Russian dolls. It's just as cute as it can be and fits in any decor—living room, dining room, den, or bedroom—looking antique but also very mod. You can't beat the price with a stick. Folks, this is a great value in furniture!
