Ive told you twice
It’s beautiful and works well HOWEVER I wanted a pendulum clock that ticked.

Exactly as advertised. I've had it a few months with no problems or concerns.
This clock is just gorgeous! A tip though for the pendulum, just make sure the battery is pushed in good.
The I instructions sounded simple but they weren't. It is attractive but I have mobility problems and "gently pushing " the pendulum was way beyond my my ability.

It’s just right - got the perfect place for it and it goes well with the room. Easy to set up and super easy to hang. Arrived in perfect “timing” !
this was my second delivery of the same clock. When I ordered the first one, I specifically asked via chat if it made an audible ticking sound and was assured that it did; but it did not. I was disappointed. I called and spoke to a very nice rep named Ryan. We discussed the ticking issue and he saw the claim of a ticking sound in the description. He suggested replacing the clock with another one just in case the clock mechanism was defective. So I sent to clock back and a new one was delivered . That was not the answer, still no ticking sound. Sometimes, there is an occasional one, but it only lasts for 5 seconds, and I have to put my ear close to the clock. I am keeping this clock because it is very pretty and keeps time, but I am a little dissatisfied as I felt I was deceived by this description. I think there is a special mechanism that makes a clock produce a ticking sound. Maybe going forward your company can find one of those. If THIS clock could possibly be made with one of those mechanisms, I would surely be interested in it. Perhaps Howard Miller one day will do that. Thank You for trying and listnening Denise Smith
