A multi-use beauty1
I bought this for all kinds of reasons other than lasagna. I do a lot of large (Southern) casseroles and find these USAP cake pans are FAR better than anything else out there - even conductivity, easy to grasp., easy to clean and just the right weight/feel. I know I can use it for a roasting pan for virtually anything as long as I protect it with foil, Sil-Pat, parchment, etc.; and use wooden or plastic utensils with it. And the lid just makes it easier to take a dish to a family gathering.

Deep enough for me!
I was looking for a deep pan to use for mac n cheese! This one was perfect in size as I was cooking for a large family gathering. However, I have only used it once and did notice a bit of discoloration in spots after washing. Hopefully, it will hold up for more uses.

Perfect Size
Love this Study, perfect size pan for my biweekly lasagna family dinner. It's just different from using a regular 9x13 regular pan. It's deep enough, so you won't have to worry about your cheese getting stuck to the foil wrap on top!
