Drain Do not close anymore

I use my cooler twice and now the drain will not close. In the process of using, it I notice the top will not stay close on the drain and it cause it to drag when rolling. Now the top is completely gone I got a new cooler that can't be use without being outside. Poor design to have the drain where you have to roll the cooler, highly upset!!!

Ice melts far too quickly!

I have been very disappointed in the product. It does not keep ice very long and cost over $50. Not a quality product.

Looks Good Will See If The Wheels Work

Liked the wheels...I have an ice chest just a little larger and it gets heavy, so we will try one with wheels. Have not used it yet as I just purchased it.

Works great, expect it to last a very long time. Is a bit heavy and awkward lifting into the car.

Great Product

I haven't really used it yet...because I am 76 yrs old and do not camp...but in June 2024 we experienced a tornado and I purchased it for freezer foods and refrigerated foods if it happens again. I love the look of it and size and the wheels and handle.

their coolers are low quality

their coolers are low quality and they are not insulated. ice starts melting after 4 hours.

Save your money don’t buy this

Ice doesn’t last at all. Probably worse than a styrofoam cooler.

Not as advertised

This cooler is not as advertised - it does not hold ice long at all. We were adding ice (20 lb bags) two times a day. We was using for food - maybe it would have kept longer is it were only drinks.

replacement parts

use this cooler for work to keep drinks in. the cooler fell over during transport and the lid was lost. can i get a replacement lid for this cooler? 316 series 60 qt wheeled cube style cooler.

Well insulated

Purchased for an emergency: fridge died, and I had to salvage as much as possible. It kept the food cold (with a little help from a chunk of dry ice) until the new refrigerator arrived. Nothing went to waste.

I love the wheels. No water leakage.

4 year old would of done a better job taping box…

My cooler was shipped in a box that looked like it gone to war. there was sooo much tape. It was unbelievable. It’s a Christmas gift. Now I have to find a box to put it in.

The Wheels are off!

The cooler itself is does a good job but not the wheels. The wheels have come off and as a result it has made it very difficult to move the cooler around. As you can imagine 60 quarts and with up to 95 cans it is too heavy to carry around. I would've thought that the manufacturer would've made sure that the wheels are suitable for the content and weight. It is an expensive cooler, with part of the cost for the ability to move it around easily. It fails miserably in this area.

I liked that it was large enough for many can and bottle drinks. It kept the drinks cool for a long period of time. I also like the how easy the cooler was to maneuver.

Great all-around cooler

This cooler rolls so smoothly; the wheels are hearty and it has so much space for lots of ice and drinks. The handle pulls out very easily.
