Very disappointed with this purchase. I’m sure the faucet could be fine. However, this was delivered to my home in an open box on the front step, and it looked like it was an item that somebody return to the store, and it was just throwing in the box. Makes me think twice about ordering from Home Depot online.

Ordered a pair for a bathroom remodel and we are very pleased with the look and finish of the product. These match our shower and tub fixtures also so altogether we are very pleased with these products.

High quality and classic style

This faucet is very well made and I like the classic style. I've never had a hand shower in my tub before and I instantly love it! *** Please be aware: this is only the faucet and handle set. You will also need to buy the rough valve kit.*** My husband and I will only buy American Standard faucets because they are such high quality and you can get replacement parts if needed. I also found out today that the customer service when you call American Standard is amazing! I've been tempted by other brands before because their stuff is fancy, and pretty, only to find out they are flimsy junk and after about 2 years they start leaking, replacement parts aren't available and we have to replace them (with American Standard, of course).

Elegant and efficient

This faucet is elegant looking and extremely efficient. The only negative thing regarding this unit is that when the water is turned off on the hand held it continues to drip for a few seconds. So I would advise holding it over the tub until it stops.

I have really enjoyed using this faucet on my Roman tub. I especially like the separate hand-held shower for washing my hair and rinsing out the tub. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the color. I was expecting a true nickel color and it has more of a golden hue to it.
