We purchased this Mini split to replace our 1984 Heat Pump unit.

The lines do not come vacuumed, the unit is vacuumed Just have to have someone such as a professional become in the vacuum line. The unit is ready to use, absolutely love it. We bought 2 for different rooms in case. We have a problem having one for use. These are awesome units. I recommend these. We got the 18000 size.

I purchased this for my home office which is a 10x20. It works wonderful. The only complaints I have are the swing functions do not operate as they should. Also, the instructions on how to use all the functions on the remote are terrible.

Installation was a two-person job. Performance-wise it works amazingly it keeps our very hot desert home cool as a cucumber. Appearance-wise very sleek. No leakage. It's a great size for a larger living room area! There's a remote or you can also control the unit from an app on your phone from anywhere.

Installed myself and was pleased with the performance. Waited one year to review it for reliability purposes and it works flawlessly. Takes knowledge of electrical installation and you need to vacuum the system down before releasing the refrigerant. I did cut and flare the lines so they didn't look like they were installed like a 10-year-old. After that leak tested with nitrogen to ensure there were no leaks then the lines and head unit for an hour. Released refrigerant and can say this unit works as well as the expensive unit I have in another location. The heat works great as well. 18000 btu unit, 1200 square feet, and New England weather. Gets well into the 90s and below zero in winter. During extreme cold starting at about 15 ferenheight or so efficiency of heat diminishes but that's what the wood stove is for.

This unit works great to cool our bedroom. You must download the app and connect to wi-fi to use all the features (such as timer). Very happy with this purchase.

I installed a dual head back in May in my sister-in-law's cabin. It was un-insulated but the dual head of 18.000BTU kept up with it!

What a difference this made. I installed this myself (I would say my skill level is above average). The most difficult or time-consuming task was running a new 220V line out to the compressor (about $150 in conduit and fuse box). Mounting the unit inside was a breeze (maybe 30 minutes). Running the coolant lines, and line enclosure (BEWAVE 3'' 10 Ft AC Line Cover Kit $33.99) took about an hour. Mounted compressor on wall brackets (Mini Split Mounting Brackets $40.99) took 30 minutes. I ended up cutting my coolant line to length (you will need a Cooper line cutter and flaring tool) I also vacuumed my lines myself, this required a vacuum pump (VIVOHOME 110V 1/4 HP 3.5CFM Single Stage Rotary Vane Air Vacuum Pump $125.99) Follow Youtube videos and you should do ok.

I really can't believe just how quiet this air conditioner is. I had to walk over in front of it and feel the air blowing to make sure it was on! I am really pleased with the efficiency with which it cools the room. We installed it in a family room that used to be a garage. By the time my nephew completed the installation, it was 81 degrees in the room. It took just a few minutes to cool the room. I had my nephew install this, so I can't say too much about that. However, I was seriously glad he did it, because it was well out of my ability range to do it. If you are handy and have a whole day to devote to the install, then you could probably do it.

The unit arrived well-packaged with no damage. I bought the 24,000 BTU SEER 19 model. It can be powered from a 20 amp or 30 amp protected 240 Volt 2 L1+L2+GND power feed. The unit uses 15 Amp or less at 240 VAC which is impressive efficiency for a 24,000 BTU unit. Both indoor and outdoor units are a lot quieter than I expected. Neither has any strange vibrations or noises coming from them when running.

We put it in our converted garage and it cools it down very well. It's about a 300 square foot room. I put a fan in the doorway during the summer when it's super hot and it helps cool off the main room and kitchen as well. We just wanted to take some pressure off the main unit and it works better than we expected. We have a small window unit from Della for our bedroom and it's a lot cheaper but a little loud. Don't waste money on a cheaper one until this mini-split is amazing!

Wow finally got it installed professionally and I never thought my house cool be this cool on a hot summer day. I love it the best decision. It's super silent. Would definitely recommend it.

Very quiet and efficient. Was pretty straight forward on installation. Took me about 4-5 hours to install it. Glad I made this purchase. Cools my shed/shop with ease. Great brand. Highly recommend.

I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. I purchased this system last winter to help heat the family room that is always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. This system performed better than expected. It was an easy DIY installation. This summer I believe it has cut my electric bill by 1/3rd. It keeps the whole downstair cool and comfortable. I would and will buy another one.

Not noisy at all! Super easy setup! Temp is great fills my whole studio with cold for the summer and hot for the winter. Super convenient. This AC saved my summers. It's a must.
