I have been using these for a few months now. It works so well. I am still learning about all the things it can do. It has a self-cleaning, ionizing, and more. I had never heard of a mini-split. I had an addition put on the house and the contractor mentioned this. Now I find a lot of people know about these.

Not a single complaint! Had an HVAC guy come install it, and said it was a great product! Easy for him to install, only took a few hours tops! This was perfect for our 700 sq ft tiny house. Even the few rooms that don't have a unit, like the bathroom, stay cool all day. All of the functions are perfect!

Keeps two bedrooms very cool, even in 100-degree weather. Both bedrooms are 12x16.

Was easy for my son, who had no experience, to hook up with just a few calls to a friend who told him what to do. Installed and working great.

Installed exterior condenser & 2 interior air handlers myself in about 6 hours. I have a basic vacuum pump I purchased for about $40 & $10 lines etc adaptors. Everything else was unplugged in the kit. I'd choose Seller again.

The seller company went above & beyond to make sure I got my entire order, It arrived earlier than expected and the delivery driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. The unit was a great price and I would definitely deal with them again.

I never installed a mini-split system before, this was a DIY project for me and it was a bit harder than I expected but well worth it. For the smaller 1/4in line set, the manual gives a torque value of 15 - 20 newton-meters but torquing it to 20 newton-meters keeps breaking the flares, so the highest I could torque it to was 17 newton-meters. This dual zone 12 + 12 18K BTU system is blowing cold air in scorching Arizona, only time will tell how it holds up but so far it's a great value for the price.

Delivery took a little longer than I expected (it comes on rails)but otherwise pretty easy DIY installation. Just peace of mind these units have 16 ft lines so downsized if need longer like I do have to extra purchased $. I recommend two people to install it -it's much easier. Customer service responded pretty quickly via email. Both units cooling pretty well which was the purpose so everything is good. I've been using this ac for over a month so if something occurs in the future I'll update it.

Cools so good and is very energy efficient. Can hardly hear them run.

I have installed a dozen of these units with no problems at all. Had one in my garage for 3 years with zero issues. Very quiet, efficient, and reliable. Even made heat below zero!!!

This product was easy to install. The kit includes everything needed. I bought the wall mount bracket with it. The units are quiet and really work fast! Highly recommend.
