Very disappointed. I've bought a product where I could tell the box had been opened, but this towel bar had been mounted on drywall and taken down! The parts bags contained drywall dust as well as all the screws had drywall residue in the threads. One screw was thread striped, so I used a different screw.

Included installation hardware is crap

It has been years since I bought anything Delta, I should have known better. First, the installation brackets are too flat and the Allen screw does not grab, I had to torque them with needle nose pliers. Second, everyone know not to use the included anchors, ever, but I would expect the wood screws to be able to be driven into a stud. Nope, first screw stripped, thankfully not so bad that I couldn’t back it out. Second screw snapped the head off. Pipes dented, chrome faulty as well.

Terrible hardware, low quality

The towel bar itself is fine, though not great quality. The deal breaker is the hardware that comes with it. The drywall anchors provided are HUGE and will punch enormous holes in your drywall. Even worse, they aren’t standard wall anchors, they are screws, so as you put the metal screws into them, they spin and strip the hole in your drywall. I have two giant holes in my drywall now and no towel bar.

There was not enough verity of double bar towel holders.
