Very nice towel rack at bargain price

I bought 2 in 2017 when renovate our bathroom. soon after the installation, one of them became uneven due to the joints at the 2 ends. Over the years, the unevenness worsened, so I decided to replace them. However, these bars has the installation method of screwing into the drywall, and my contractor screwed them into the gap of the tiles. Now contractor is willing to forcefully to pull the crew out as they are afraid of breaking the tiles. Now I stuck with this crooked towel without any solution. btw, these bars are made by liberty hardware (www.libertyhardware.com). When I call Delta, they conveniently ask me to call Liberty instead. DO NOT BUY.

Cheap and Ruins wall

If you follow the directions you will not succeed. I needed to take one of the sides out which is impossible to do. In doing so I removed the entire screw and anchor from the wall. Fine. Now the screw is bent and I can’t get it out of the anchor. I still need the piece that connects the screws to the wall so I can’t just throw it away, and they don’t give any extra pieces. Apparently they also don’t sell individual parts. Completely useless.

The round bases that you attach to the wall...

The round bases that you attach to the wall and then mount the towel bar, are to weak. It does not give the support needed for the wet towels weight. Delta could have done a better job. This is critical, no more than a dollar in better material makes a huge difference, come on, do better next.

Hard to install 3 pieces. Purchased 2 bars and install hardware was different on both. Have installed3 other delta bars and all same but 18 “ a nightmare to install. Screws

a pain to install.

I bought 2 18 inch and a 24. the drywall anchors just don't go in cleanly. I would recommend doing pilot holes as they wiggle all over the place if you're trying to get it in without. they're also made of a fairly cheap plastic and I ended up snapping one as it struggled to bite through the material. you're going to have to screw these in and out a few times to get them all the way down flush as well. there's two mounting methods in this collection. 18 inch has a spring loaded deal whereas the 24 had a tiny hex screw. the hex feels more solid. once you get the brackets in the wall though, it's easy enough and looks clean overall. they still need to redo the hardware though

I CANNOT get the brackets onto the wall anchors no mayter how hard i try. Will be returning

Somewhat lightweight design, but should hold average amount of wet towels without a problem. Ends snap into place once hook is installed - looks overly complicated for what it does, but did work as designed. Thin, modern design with clean look. Was displayed in store, unfortunately it took several HD associates to determine it was really only available on line. Plan accordingly if you want to use this design.

This product fails in every aspect. It's a sloppy assembly, dimensionally wrong, and is simply a complete disappointment. Do not buy this product.
