Sold a used defective product.

I purchased a bathroom faucet and had a plumber install it. With installation almost completed he found that the quick connector had already been installed, and someone had either broken or cut off the tip to remove it. Now it no longer fit. It was apparently returned with the faucet it came with and then sold to me. When I went to my local Lowes to report the problem, I was told I had to return the whole faucet, which was 90% installed already. When I asked if I could just buy the faulty part I was told to contact the company which made the faucet. In other words, I was sold a used faulty product but it was not Lowes problem to solve. It was mine.

Inconsistent pricing

We needed two faucets. Athen’s store only had one in inventory. Had to purchase one faucet in Athens ( clearance price) then had to drive to Loganville to purchase our second faucet ( at regular price- asked at the Loganville store would they honor the Athen’s store price- was told no) I do not understand why the pricing was not the same at both stores????

Nice appearance, easy to install. Bought to replace an existing faucet for a double vanity in master bath. The other faucet was defective and replaced with this model from Delta, so this was perfect to match the one Delta sent. Only issue was that once installed, the faucet kept running water with both handles in the off position. I had troubleshooted other faucet repairs with Delta and took off the handle on the cold water side and found a small piece of plastic where the springs and rubber gasket was. Cleaned in out and put back to together and works great since then.

Snagged this classy faucet/drain combo on sale, and we’re so glad we did! Perfect for lower sinks, since the neck rises up a bit higher. Style-wise, it’s the perfect combo of classic and modern. Adds a nice touch to our slightly dated guest bathroom without looking out of place. Super easy setup; my wife took initiative after I took too long to start the swap and completed the install (including drain putty, new water lines, new sharkbite valves in maybe 30min tops. Just the faucet would have been even quicker. Great quality, great water flow so far, and we couldn’t be happier.

Haven’t installed these faucets yet but seem to be a quality product for the price with a brand name we trust. The cold water handle had a manufacturing defect so I called Delta to submit a claim and had a replacement part delivered a couple of days later at no charge.

This faucet is perfect for our dual sink bathroom. We purchased two. They were easy to install and we love the features of the drain. It’s easy to keep clean and hair free, especially my sink. I love the bronze color and it matches our other hardware very well. Would recommend and buy these again.

My plumber came to install today. After instllation, he determined that solder welds were not good asit leaked above the water lines. Another trip, more money for install.

Quality replacement. Easy to install.

I needed a replacement bathroom faucet when the old one gave up the fight. We like the style and quality of this new faucet. It was very easy to install and we think it is a big improvement. Much easier than struggling to replace the cartridge on the old faucet.

Fails in two weeks!

I bought this faucet, the package “looking” to be unopened. Found a used faucet of a different type inside it with parts missing. Took it back and got another one. All parts there, installation was easy. lasted two weeks, three at the most, before the hot water side failed to shut off the water. The water hadn’t even run long enough to get hot before I attempted to shut it off. The water just kept running. Retried it several times but no luck. I had to shut the valve under the sink to turn off the hot water. Now I have to buy another faucet and get down on my n65 year old arthritic knees to install it. It will pretty much cripple me for a week…. Not a happy camper!!!!
