Easy to use and install.
We also purchased the towel bar, they were the right shade of gold. Modern with a little bit of pizazz without being too ornate. I’m now going to get the hook for the hand towel.

It Works
Nothing really special about it. It’s decent quality; the Rod doesn’t set quite centered on the catch, but other than that pleased with it. It gets the job done!
Template waaaay off
The template provided to drill the holes is waaay off. At LEAST an 1/8 inch. Had to redrill all 4 holes in a different location, two of them freehand. DO NOT BUY

Scratched finish
This toilet paper holder is beautiful looking. However the pivot arm catches a little as it closes. I think the included template should have spaced the holes about 1/16th inch further apart. And lastly, after finishing installation I noticed there is a scratch in the finish. It’s small and I won’t bother uninstalling to return it, but I was bummed when I noticed it. Also wasn’t overly pleased with the matching widespread faucet… next bathroom Reno, I’m going to try a different brand
Looks nice in the space, high quality feel. Installation was pretty easy. Be aware if you are installing it on a vanity that has any sort of lip or overhang. It's a bit of a squeeze to get rolls of toilet paper on, but doable.

Ease of replacing rolls
I love this! It's so easy to change the toilet paper roll and it looks great in my bathroom.
Looks great and easy install. The one thing that was an issue was the dry wall anchors stripped out when the mounting screws were being tightened up. Not fully seated yet, just being tightened up there was enough torque needed that it caused the anchor to strip and spin.
It works better then a regular one
Contractors attached (not me) so I must assume it was easy enough for them - looks great!!!!

As an 85 year old man with arthritic hands that seldom accomplish the designated task this toilet paper dispenser is fantastic. Someone invented a better mousetrap. Reloading it is easy.
Matches the existing hardware in the bathroom. I love not using a spring rod anymore. So much easier.
I am well pleased with this product.
