Broken and cracked
It arrived cracked/broken and looks to be made of a cheap cardboard like material. The white board was also dented :(

Grandson loves it!
Grandson loves it! All parts were in box, assembly takes a little time but worth it. Comes with magnetic letters. You buy dry erase markers separately.
This was a Christmas present for my grandson which I purchased online on 11/30/21. When I went to put it together two of the screws were missing from the packaging. I emailed Delta children on 12/14 and they NEVER responded back to me. Since I couldn't put it together I could not give this to my grandson. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have this box just sitting here and it is useless!!!!! I gave the rating one star because it is a cute item butr useless to me.

It came with a large crack in the wood piece. Also, missing screws and the holes were drilled way to big for certain screws.

I have now bought this twice in hopes the second one would go together as it was ment to.the first one the screws were missing and the second one was cracked down the side when it arived so much for this easle as a Christmas gift.
