Low quality mounting hardware

The 3 piece set is very nice, but the mounting hardware is not good quality. The screws stripped easily and the anchor does not grip the drywall while screwing in the screws. This made installation very difficult. I recommend buying higher quality mounting hardware before starting your installation. When finally installed the product looks great.

I'd rate it as very nice if that was an option. My towel ring doesn't move and I don't know if thats the design or mine is defective. Other than that, I like everything about it. Good quality for the price and it looks nice.

It made no sense that the only towel bars stocked in the store did not match the only towel bars that were stocked for the Delta shower doors.

hard to mount and not secure

this product is both hard to mount, and then once mounted loose and wiggly. the measurements are also idiotic. 24 inch towel bar? what part is 24 inches? the bar itself? then state the total length as well

The mounting system that most folks have complained about in past reviews has now been replaced. The new system is easier to install and is rock solid. No more rotating toilet paper holder. Can easily be removed without needing tools if you need to paint. Looks great. Works great. At the price I got it... I don't think you could find a better bath set.

Packaging was horrible. It was amazing that the 24” towel bar did not fall out of the box. Hopefully all the parts are in tact.

I need a detailed instructions because the pieces didn’t fit right. They look loss. No the way I wanted. The quality and style are good. But maybe installation went wrong. I would like to fix that.
