Well I saw some bad reviews of this faucet (as well as many good) but liked it so much I wanted to try it. I have not had any problems as reported by bad reviews. The faucet looks beautiful and works really well, no problem with water spots but I do generally wipe them away after use as needed. This faucet was very easy to install, we just needed to add a 3/4” adapter piece (I think it was) to connect the hot and cold hoses to my plumbing. It was also great and convenient that it came with a pop up drain so I didn’t need to buy one separately. The pop up type drain is fine for my use. I love this faucet’s ease of use and it looks super nice and modern with my new sink!

The black finish flakes off in less than a year

It looked great for the first 10 months, but then the black finished started flaking off. Customer service says they will send a new one.

It was a very easy install. Looks real nice works perfectly! I like that you don't need to buy supply lines because they are an integral part of the valve.

Easy to Install, works great, plenty of water flow

Until recently, I preferred Moen faucets. This Delta faucet is excellent and incorporates the latest Delta design of only a cartridge without the spring and seat. It took far greater time to remove the old faucet than it took to install this new faucet. The tool to install the mounting nut made installation go very quickly.

Very easy to install and it looks beautiful. the push button drain closure installation was even easier, 100% would recommend

Definitely a mistake

I purchased this Delta faucet on Jan 14, 2022 to replace a then 4 year old Delta faucet that was leaking badly. This faucet also leaks and I am very disappointed in the substandard quality of Delta bathroom faucets. I will add that I purchased 2 faucets in Jan 2021: a Moen faucet for my kitchen sink and an American Standard faucet for my bathtub. Both the Moen and American Standard faucets are flawless and look new and don't leak!!!!! Unfortunately, this Delta bathroom faucet discoloration happened outside of the warranty and it is not covered in Delta's warranty

Receiving product via internet was great- I will never go in to a Home Depot store again- service sucks, employees see u need assistance and walk the other way
