Do not recommend

Was received damaged, good luck trying to return the item. Was a hassle. And I'm a single lady, having to somehow return a 100 pound item by myself. Complete nightmare. Oh, and this came in 3 separate boxes, they only gave me one return label. Was at UPS for two hours trying to get them to take the packages

Terrible quality and you actually cannot hang any clothes in it, it’s too narrow. This is falsely advertised. Do not buy.

Everything came labeled. It took a little longer than I expected to assemble, but it turned out great though. Very spacious and made of great material. I really do love it.

You can’t get this item unless you’re getting it for a nursery. The closet is a decent size but the width of it doesn’t fit your standard size hangers so what’s the point. And if you’ve assembled it good luck taking it apart to return. You’d also have to pack it back up and either take it back to Walmart or schedule FedEx pick up so it’s ridiculous I’m so beyond disappointed I wasted my money because there’s no way I could pack this and send it back.

Arrived in 3 boxes in 2 days, heavy boxes! Nice, tall and sturdy. So happy to have received this $200+ item for free!! It came just in time to help clean up our place for the holidays.

Disappointed

This armoire/wardrobe was not as well-made as I had hoped. The back panels are flimsy, and left a gap. The guy from Angi spent 4 hours working on putting it together, then left without finishing it. The second guy who came a few days later got it done, but there was a left over piece that he didn't attach, left over hardware (which makes one wonder how well it's put together), and apparently, the first guy screwed up one of the knobs, so it can't be installed--so the wardrobe has one door that is missing a knob. I will be contacting customer service for a replacement knob. Overall, I wad not impressed.

TOO MANY PIECES FOR SENIORS---AND IF YOU FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND GLUE THE DRAWERS B E F O R E YOU FIND OUT THE HOLES ARE DRILLED WRONG---YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO PUT ALL THE PIECES BACK THE WAY THEY WERE IN EACH BOX TO RETURN IT (HOW CAN ANYONE RETURN THE 3 HUGE BOXES) SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR....BUY SOMETHING REAL-IT WILL LAST LONGER, NOT TAKE UP DAYS OF ASSEMBLY, NOT MAKE YOU ANGRY TRYING TO RETURN IT, IT IS A NIGHTMARE WAITING FOR YOU TO BUY IT!!!!!

Great storage but everything else is not exciting!

Great storage, not fun to put together and directions are confusing especially with which is top and which is bottom. Not all the pieces were labeled properly, the delivery left at leasing office and not to my apartment- that was not fun to move and it is SUPER HEAVY! Also, the mechanics for the doors are ANNOYING, they are HARD to get on and tighten properly and work evenly! I really don’t like that. I changed the hardware because the knobs are really small and make the entire piece look of low quality.

DO NOT BUY THIS NIGHTMARE---FIRST PAGE HAS YOU GLUING PARTS OF THE UNIT TOGETHER---THEN ON THE SECOND PAGE THE SCREWS FOR THE D5 HINGES ARE TOO BIG FOR THE PENCIL DOT SIZE HOLES AND THE BOTTOM HINGE VA HOLES ARE THE SIZE OF A PENCIL ERASER BUT THE SCREWS ARE LESS THAN 1/8 IN WIDE.....SO YOU WOULD NEED TO BREAK APART WHAT YOU GLUED.....FIGURE OUT HOW TO RE-STACK ALL OF THE PIECES THAT YOU REMOVED FROM 3 BOXES AND FIT THE FOAM PADS IN BEFORE YOU COULD THEN HIRE SOMEONE TO COME AND PICK IT UP ----SINCE YOU HAVE PROSTATE CANCER AND JUST HAD 44 DAYS OF RADIATION AND A RECENT OPEN HEART DOUBLE BYPASS AND YOUR 2ND ROUND OF COVID WITH PAXLOVID......WHY DID I NOT BUY SOMETHING SOLID.....NEVER AGAIN....READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND THINK POF ALL THE ONES PEOPLE WERE JUST TOO MAD TO WRITE.....THIS ITEM WAS DRILLED INCORRECTLY AT THE FACTORY OR THE METAL SCREW PIECES ARE MISTAKES......AND NO ONE IS AVALABLE TO TALK TO AFTER 4PM EST.........JEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ

Needless to say I was dissatisfied upon receipt of the items. I specifically advised. (No assembly) At 74 years old this was paramount. The six heavy packages was just left at the door.

It’s delivered so fast and easily to combine

This is my second piece. Went together seamlessly. Definitely takes two people, and some patience! When fully constructed, it is very sturdy. Only complaint is that it could be deeper.

I am loving my new wardrobe. It is very spacious as expected and looks so neat. It seems so durable and can carry lots of my clothes, shoes and accessories. It took me almost 4 hours in assembling it with no issues with manual. The instructions are clear enough to follow. I put it on our bedroom the it is perfect size when it comes to the height and width. I am happy that my things are more organize now. This is highly recommended.
