I have put together a lot of furniture, and really loved this project. The wardrobe was delivered in 3 packages, about 50-70lbs each. It says to have 2 people handle it, but I am stubborn and like to do things myself. So I brought the parts up to the bedroom one at a time. My first impression is that the pieces are quite sturdy. The instructions were very clear. Each piece is labeled, some clearly, some you have to look at the right angle in the right light. It took me about 7-8 hours just to get the frame built, about 90 minutes to build the drawes, and put the doors on. Then it was time to stand it up. Yup, this is where the 2 people are needed. I had to call in reinforcements. Once lifted it was time to put on the backing, which you definitely need 2 people for. I'm used to the wood colored cardboard, but this is thick boards, which is great. I put the doors on a different day because I was exhausted. It is beautiful and sturdy. Holds a lot, which is great for my spare room that doesn't have a closet. Here are my tips. Believe the 2 people required statement. It may have gone a little quicker if I did. Have an electric screwdriver. Make sure you have more than enough floor space to build the frame. And read each instruction carefully, before and after you completed the task. I found I had to go back for some minor things I missed. And don't forget the little rubber things on the bottom. I was so tired by the end of day one, that I don't notice until a few days later when I was putting away the extra nails and screws. When putting on the back, put on one panel, then mark on the back where the shelves are so you can put a nail there, otherwise there will be a small gap. I had to get creative a thread paper through the back to mark where the shelves were. It worked but was a little tricky. The 2 longer doors have different hinge/part number, so I took the bag with the part number and snapped it under the hinge so I would remember which one it was. I don't know it it would make a difference if it had mixed them up. The doors had the same part number (I think 11) but it was hard to see. Here are my criticisms or wishes. The hinges on the inside (not on the door) were not pre drilled, nor were there notches. Thankfully it came out fine. I was just worried it wouldn't be on straight. The pieces that had notches for the screws to go into, I used a very small drill bit to start the hole so I didn't mess it up. It was easier to find the drill hole than the notches. I wish the backing was flush to the edge, but it comes up about half way on the board you nail it to. I ended up nailing the first board flush, and was very close to the edge in the middle, where you nail in the claw clamp. I left that as it was, but I had to hammer out the 3rd one I put on, because of the same reason leaving too much of a gap. Thankfully the backing is thick enough to do that, unlike the cardboard ones. Once I had the first one nailed in, I realized that, because I was nailing through a limited space, I didn't go right in the middle of the board, and took out a chunk of wood. Thankfully it was behind the bottom drawer. It holds a lot of stuff. As you can see, I might have a little shoe obsession. Don't worry, I'm not getting help for it. 😂 Now that it is all put together, I love it. I have an old house (c. 1990) with small closets. I used this in my small spare room to make a walk-in closet/dressing room. This is perfect, and the room will look gorgeous once I set up a rug, chair, and mirrors. Definitely worth the hard work.

Great for extra storage/ closet space without taking up too much room. It is a pain to put togeatjet as there are many parts. Has a great look over all.

Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer. I had to buy more hardware because of insufficient amounts of all hardware, I had to realign and adjust the marks and holes, most were off. I didnt have time to send it back. My mistake was assuming all parts would be included. The person who inspected that unit should be held accountable. I am a 53 y.o. woman and I am very happy that I have the skills and knowledge to replace and repair. I will still purchase items from Walmart and maybe even furniture, but at this moment I am very unsatisfied.

Wow, this is a huge wardrobe. We have an old house and one bedroom doesn't have a closet. This works perfectly and looks so nice.

after putting it all together, the doors don’t line up properly. not going to take it apart now to return it and i’m sure they know that. product poorly made.

I shop at Walmart all the time, and the items are delivered before the scheduled time, and the items have never disappointed me.

came beat up. late delivery damage on all corners. very disappointed. only option is to return and start all over

I will admit that this wardrobe has been an awesome addition to my bedroom. It is ridiculously spacious but doesn't really take up that much room and it ties into the rest of the room nicely. There isn't a whole lot of hanging clothes area but, then again, we knew that going on. The shelves hold a lot and are spaced perfectly. The drawers hold a good deal as well. The only draw back to this entire operation is the assembly. There are SO MANY parts. It was crazy how many different screws there were. This is most definitely a 2 man operation if you want to cut down on the time it takes. If you're doing it yourself then you need to plan on setting aside 2.5-3 hours easy. And, if I can make a suggestion, separate the screws into different bags. Searching for the right one takes time and this assembly takes enough time as it is.

This is a great piece of furniture. I was a little worried about the size but it fits great and looks even better. It’s a modern look and great (at least for us) to store our coats, and other various things in the doors and the winter hats and other accessories in the 2 drawers. Been looking for something to make our breeze way clean and modern looking and this was it. The installation was not complicated and we together smooth and easy. The wood is very sturdy and heavy when put together. Makes for a great addition to the household.

Overall love this product because you can hang clothes, fold them away in the 2 drawers or the shelves on the sides. Assembly was the difficult part for us. It helps to identify and categorize the parts and pieces first. My husband was able to do almost everything on his own. The part that may require 2 people is nailing the back together as one person has to hold it up while the other person nails it. The back is relatively thin which makes it difficult for one person to do the job. After we were finally done, we also noticed we set up the doors wrong as the handles were not leveled but we just left it at that.
