It wasn’t my first choice, I wanted something more modern, but Kohler makes a good product, unfortunately they left out one of the hose connectors. Kohler should have a parts list inside the box labeling and giving the parts numbers, so I didn’t have to call the plumber twice.

Exceptional Product/Questionable Customer Service

I paid a significant amount of money for a full repair and upgrade for a bidet. My installer warned me that deaig with Kohler can be an issue. My Devonshire Vertical Spray arrived. I paid the plumber for a house call to install the product. The package had a missing part which prohibited installation. I was out the pice of an expensive professional visit. I called Kohler customer service and they assured me the part would be shipped immediately. One month went by and no part. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait until the ran th manufacture of that part again.. I was assured I was very high on the priority list and could expect it within two weeks. Called in two weeks and got the same story. Called in July and was told I was on the list and it would be shipped in the first week of July. Still no part. I called at the end of the month and was told it was being shipped shortly. I said this was totally unacceptable and asked to spek to a supervisor. The supervisor told the phone agent there was nothing she could do so there was no need to talk with me. Four months later without the bidet, the part arrived and I paid the installer a second time to do the job. The set is a fine replacement. You better hope you don't have to ever deal with their customer service if something is broken or missing from your order.

This bidet faucet is attractive and very functional. There was one small T-connector missing from the packaging which delayed the installation of the bidet by several days. Kohler was contacted and they readily sent the missing piece.

valves and tubing too small to deliver adequate water to the bidet. Tubing too long to hide below the bidet without kinking, and a kinked tube completely blocks the flow. At least Kohler supplies an extra tube in case you kink one. All in all, this is a terrible value. I am forced to buy another plumbing kit for my bidet, and it will NOT be a Kohler.

Flexible hoses

The flexible hoses kink up once connected to the valves and hidden in the base. Will this cause a water flow problem? We haven’t installed it to the water and drain pipes. Very concerned.

beware transfer valve dimension

The appearance and materials are beautiful. However, the transfer valve was too wide for my 1973 Kohler bidet's top hole. Fortunately, my plumber was able to install without it. Now my bidet does not have water washing down from the sides but works otherwise. NO INDICATION THAT WIDTH DIMENSIONS COULD BE A PROBLEM. BE CAREFUL.
