NOT DEWALT QUALITY

As a Dewalt enthusiast, this is very disappointing. My entire garage is black and yellow, so I thought it only right to clean up my hoses with this nice looking reel. My wife purchased this some time ago for Christmas and now that it's open its too late to retutn it. First, the mounting hardware was not there as noted in another review, second and more importantly, we pulled out the hose and it stayed that way as seen in the picture. I have contacted Dewalt Canada who forwarded the request to another department but have not heard anything back as of yet.
