WRONG FEET DO NOT BUY

Same issue as previous review! Ordered this tub 3 months before it was installed because we needed it before the plumbing work began. Fast forward to today, went to install the tub and the feet do not fit on the tub with the supplied feet and hardware. Also checked the installation manual on Anzzi website for this specific model tub and the instructions are for a completely different tub. Have not been able to get ahold of customer support. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE THIS IS! $900 PIECE OF JUNK!

Missing or wrong parts

We got this tub months ago beforecwe we're ready thinking the deal wouldn't be available when we were. Fast forward and I go to put the feet on this tub and they don't fit. The manufacturer doesn't have the correct installation manual on thir website for this tub and currently we are having to pay shipping for new feet that may or may not work because their customer service doesn't speak english well. Meanwhile, our renovation has stopped because we can't install this tub.

delays and missing parts

I ordered this tub because it said it would arrive in two days. When it didn't arrive Lowes customer service said the vendor couldn't find the order. After I had called and emailed the order was finally located. Customer service, third day spending a long time on hold, finally gave me the information to track the order through the company that was shipping it and it finally arrived a week after the date listed when I bought it. Unfortunately there were parts missing to attach the claw foot to the tub. Anzzi, the company that Lowes is selling the tub through, only has installation instructions for a non clawfoot tub. I have contacted Anzzi and they placed the order for the missing part however there has been no follow up regarding if or when the missing installation bars will arrive. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. When Lowes is listing items like this you can not rely on the information that is listed. Customer service doesn't seem to have any capacity to actually help, they are just very friendly with very little to offer.

I have not gotten this tub, It was supposed to be delivered today and I have not gotten it or any updates. very disappointing.

Lightweight, easy to move and install! This tub fit perfectly in our space

It's light weight. Which made it easy for my husband and myself to pick it up and move it around. Also liked the fact it has the drain parts with it. The tub is very pretty and nice in length and depth. I would recommend this tub to anyone who is looking for a clawfoot tub.

do not buy this product

I am very disappointed with the tub. The feet cannot be installed because of missing parts. I have been in touch with the manufacture for over three weeks and cannot get the missing parts shipped. I am going to return the tub to Lowes and not buy another.
