Inaccurate sizing
Inaccurate description on sizing. Was expecting a large lumbar pillow based on the measurements specified but when I received them they were much smaller. Maybe without the inside pillow it would be 14” by 20” but I measured 15” by 9”. The inside pillow is also too stiff and the outside texture is very rough.
the ITCHIEST, roughest fabric in the world. No one in my house wants to use it! Looks pretty, but that's the only good comment.
