All 3 arrived damaged. They are bent and do not fit.

I ordered two sets of them and one of the sets arrived damaged and did not work now I have to bring them back and replace them

First 2 panels arrived completely destroyed, had to return, received the 3rd a week later and didn’t bother opening it. Product was either packaged poorly or shipper was was careless.

I purchased sets (4 total panels) and 3 if them were perfect and one had some bad LEDs in it. That's the only reason I can't give a 'perfect' rating.

The directions for setting temp were a bit confusing, but the seem to work great, hope they last!

The product itself is exactly what we need and works well in our refinished basement. However, shipping is a nightmare. The first box we received looked like it had been stepped on and one of the lights was so badly damaged that it had dead space in the panel. The second box was the same. Third attempt also had damage, but not to the light panel itself. We kept and hung them, as by this time the process was into it's 3rd week. If they could arrive in good condition, I would recommend the product.

Lights were easy to install. however, they were damaged out of the box. the box wasn't damaged, so they had to have been packed that way. my client was ok with the damage. so, they were installed. I would order again but will definitely inspect them before leaving the store.

The fixture was packaged well and arrived in good shape and on time. It’s very light weight and sturdy. The feature I like most is the 3 position switch that allows you to change the color from warm to cool white. The highest setting is very bright. I would recommend it to others.

Much better than expected

I currently work as a manufacturing consultant for a high end architectural lighting manufacture, so I am pretty well versed in the pros and cons of LED lighting. My wife runs her own business, formulating and producing natural skin care products, her current production lab was woefully underlit, with your typical fluorescent tube "shop" lights; crappy color rendition, shadows and buzzing fixtures.
