Beautiful and cute but not dishwasher safe

I love this lovely mug but I wish it had been clearly stated that this is not a dishwasher or microwave safe mug. Many of us would prefer to have mugs that are safe in both those cases. However the mug is very cute. I will just have to handwash it, even if I don't like dishwashing by hand.

Great little cup, bought as a Christmas present for my mum and she absolutely loves it. There was a little fault with the first one but IWOOT were really helpful and sorted it and sent me a replacement straight away.

Very cute mug

Ordered 2 of these chip mugs to go with the mrs pots teapot for my daughters. The mugs are porcelain with a gloss finish and very nicely designed like chip from beauty and the beast. The only downside is they are not dishwasher safe.

Bought this for Beauty and the Beast mad granddaughter aged 4 ! He reckons it's the "bestest mug ever Granny " ! It's beautiful and well worth the price ! Prompt delivery and well packaged !

lady loves chip

this was a replacement for a broken Chip and the lady loves it. I do not see anything bad about the cup, he is a bit of a cheeky chappie and his colour suits him well. One of the nicest cups I've seen in a long while.

Great little stocking filler

I bought two of them for Christmas, one for my mom and one for me. We used to watch Beauty and the Beast when I was a kid and Chip was her favourite character - she was so excited when she opened it! The mug itself is good quality and VERY cute. It is not too big but I knew that before I bought them so I was not surprised. Two happy customers!

Great addition to our new Beauty and the Beast collection

We recently bought the Beauty and the Beast teapot from Primark before Christmas. My girlfriend was a little annoyed it didn't come with a matching 'Chip' teacup. So I shopped around and this product turned out to be the best quality and price. It arrived well packaged and is such a great mug to use. It is now displayed alongside the teapot when not in use.

Nice sized mug, great quality! Can be used as a mug or equally an ornament! Bought it for my friend and she absolutely loved it! Arrived packaged in a box which was helpful for wrapping and meant there was no real chips (haha) nothing negative to say!

Disney Princess Beauty And The Beast Chip Mug

The mug itself is as pictured and a good size too. Like I've said in the previous comments section I was a little disappointed that the mug only came in a plain brown box. I was expecting it to be like if I had brought it from a store, in a Disney Beauty and the Beast box. Especially as I have purchased it as a gift for someone. Maybe the product details should state it is unboxed?

Bought this for my Mrs who is mad about Disney and Beauty and the Beast! She absolutely loves it. I had expected this products to be smaller, and more of like a china cup - however it's a great mug and take a great cuppa tea/ coffee! My wife loves it and said its better quality than some of the other Chip mugs she has seen. No complaints from either of us - cheap product, speedy delivery and very well packaged.
