The first chair went together very easily. The fabric was nice and the finish on the wood legs was good. The second chair had defective threads in one of the corner pieces. I tried using different bolts to "retap" the threads. All that did was mess up all of the bolts. I had to go purchase a tap for the inserts and retap the defective one. I had to get a die to repair all of the bolts I ruined trying to put the second chair together. These chairs are very small in comparison to the other parsons chairs we have. The front of the seat is only 18 inches wide vs 22 inches wide. The depth is 16 inches vs 18 inches. The backs are narrower as well. These chairs would be probably good for children but some adults might find them lacking. This is the proverbial "you get what you pay for".

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose dining chairs that are comfortable and stylish?
Look for chairs with ergonomic support and a style that complements your dining table and room's decor.
Can I mix and match dining chair styles around my table?
Yes, mixing chair styles can add personality to your dining space. Keep a unifying element, like color or material, for cohesion.
What materials are best for durable dining chairs?
Hardwoods, metal, and high-quality plastics or acrylics tend to be durable and easy to maintain for dining chairs.
What measurements should I consider for a comfortable dining area?
The dining table should be approximately 28-30 inches (71-76 cm) high, with chairs that have a seat height allowing for 10-12 inches (25-30 cm) of legroom under the table. Ensure there is enough room to sit down and stand up easily, without the table height or chair dimensions impeding movement.
What is the recommended space for dining area furniture?
The dining table should have a height of 28¾ to 30 inches (73 to 76 cm) from the floor, with chairs allowing at least 11 to 12 inches (28 to 30 cm) of legroom beneath the table.
How should I choose a rug size for my dining area?
Select a rug that is large enough for the dining table and chairs to sit on comfortably, allowing extra space so chairs can be moved without catching on the edges.
What size should my dining area rug be?
Choose a rug that extends at least 24 inches beyond the table on all sides to accommodate chairs without catching on the edges when moved.
What's the best way to incorporate rugs into dining and living room areas?
Choose a rug size that comfortably allows dining chairs to be moved without catching on the edges. In living rooms, the rug should extend beyond the sofa, not necessarily covering the entire floor but providing a cohesive look.
What are some effective ways to clean and maintain my furniture and rugs?
Use sticky lint rollers for picking up small debris, wet wipes for mark removal, and thin stockings over vacuum nozzles to clean hard-to-reach areas like LEGO pieces.
