was obviously previously returned. was dented and dirty. plus the previous customer's return ID document was inside the box. packing material all disheveled and the box was only re-taped in one spot. an obvious previous return
No bottom drain.
I believe it would be best for the hose pot to have a drain hole in the bottom of the pot. After two days of use there was two inches of water standing in the bottom. the hose antisyphon valve drained directly into the pot. Moving the pot to side minimizes that but rain will still fill it. I drilled a hole in the bottom of the pot to facilitate drainage. Unfortunately, this is going to be a spot for corrosion, as my primer will not be as affective as production sealant.
I've had this for several months. This hose pot is a good size, seems heavy duty enough to last for years and the color is as expected. I like that it has several openings on the bottom for drainage (they come plugged but you can remove).
