Several pieces were cracked and some were put together wrong. It was very cheaply made and constructed.

Cabinets were to small for the storage I needed

The cabinets were relatively easy to assemble, but had a couple different pieces of hardware that either failed or pulled out of the product. Had to go to the store to by hardware to work around those issues.

It was easy to place our order with Wal-Mart. No problem tracking our order, which came in the time frame that was given to us. The Crosley Sideboard Buffet Cabinet %26 Pantry Set was put together, as scheduled, a few days later. The installer was efficient and quick. This was the first time we placed this big an order and we were pleasantly pleased with the service we received.z

It was just a little challenging to assemble. I needed another person to assist. The shipment arrived in a couple of boxes. Assembly Instructions were a little confusing.

Disappointed

I love the layout and look of this piece. But for the price, the quality is not good. The paint chips really easily - even though this isn’t in a high traffic place in our house. Really disappointing.

I have ALWAYS only had real wood furniture. It is hard for me to love something that looks cheap compared to a two hundred year old China cabinet. That being said, I do like the fact that I can easily move the new furniture around easily. I have plenty of storage space, and the all white furniture brightens my room.

Pantry Set

I am using this set as extra pantry storage and an area for a coffee bar. It was very easy to assemble compared to other furniture. It took about 3-4 hours as one person.

cheap made not worth it

beautiful design and idea. nice finish. had to order replacement parts 3 times. still have a drawer that doesnt close right and cabinets doors that dont line up. would take back if i had a truck. very very disappointed. i couod have done better at a furniture store. joke

Good quality, very nice!

Purchased this for my mother in law, and she couldn’t be happier. Looks great and wasn’t hard to put together. Instructions were straight forward and the items were clearly marked. We also added a couple extra cabinets for all her painting supplies

Poor Customer Service

This item came with two defective parts. One drawer rail did not function properly and prevented us from closing the drawer. We purchased new rails to replace the defective one. We also had a drawer of one of the pantries where the hole and lock did not line up with the other side causing the slot for the bottom of the drawer to not line up so the bottom could not be inserted completely making the drawer useless. We tried contacting Crosley to get a new drawer assembly multiple times and have not gotten a response. I tried getting help from bed bath and beyond but that email was returned as undeliverable. I will try calling Crosley but I'm beginning to think they do not care if the customer is satisfied with the product.

I really loved this and it is very cute but once we opened the box, the side wall of one the closet was cracked. Not sure how to get them to replace that one piece or have to return the whole thing which is very inconvience.

Don't use Angi to put together, they frequently don't show up and only get paid $28 out of the $99 you pay. The unit is gorgeous.

Easy to assemble, but certain parts break easily so be careful

Happy with my purchase

Well packaged so it arrived undamaged with the exception of one door that had a crack. It had to have been cracked before packaging. I glued and clamped and continued to assemble. The instructions were clear and the pieces were well machined. Two handy people were able to assemble all three pieces in one night. I recommend to everyone that all budget furniture should be glued during assembly if you want it to last. Like a lot of budget furniture, it's smaller than it should be, in this case, less deep, but if you're good with the measurements, it is a well designed piece of budget furniture.

Missing parts. Sent an email parts request, and it took them a week to respond saying they would send the missing parts. It's been almost 3 weeks still without parts.

Great use of storage. One panel came scratched in shipment but the manufacturer shipped us a replacement panel right away. Great customer service.

Do NOT buy. Absolute trash. The new flippy bracket instead of a screw is an epic failure. Buy almost anything else. Seriously
