I chose this style for the bedrooms. I was planning on painting these until my order arrived and I saw the "distressed" was even {all the way around} and has the look of a very [small] thin pinstripe. I might use a clear-satin to seal the those distressed lines.

Nice! Matches my kitchen cabinets perfectly! Has some gaps, when the original plastic ones did not. Bothered me at first, but, not anymore. Still much nicer than the cheap plastic.

Great quality

I love the style of these wallplates and they really look great in the bathroom. Unfortunately, my contractor did a horrible job rebuilding our bathroom and none of the plates will sit directly on the wall without huge gaps. I am going to use these elsewhere after I repaint my bedroom.
