It's not real mahogany but I didn't expect that for the price. Construction is good, assembly easy, although the instructions were minimal. Fabric on the chairs looks durable.

Nice Table and chairs.

Nice table and chairs I was very happy with construction and hardware. Time consuming to put together but easy instructions and it looks great. would recommend for a small area.

Nice kitchen set- some issues though.

The table was easy to put together. The chairs were not as easy. After putting two chairs together, I realized they were not put together properly, after reviewing the instructions. So, I disassembled the two chairs and put them back together again, correctly. I then assembled the remaining two chairs.

Good Dining Set

Good dining set for the price. Looks nice too. Great for a small apartment setting. Assembly was challenging, required patience eventually got there.

Excellent!

We finally found the right dinette set for us through the Wal-Mart website. We decided we would do the assembly ourselves. Although nervous about making a significant purchase online, we "went for it". The order was placed on New Years day (1/1). FedEx delivered 3 large boxes on 1/5 evening, everything but the table base. Our first thought was 'oh no'. Called the Seller next morning, Friday, 1/6. They sent the base out immediately and it was delivered Sunday 1/8. Wal-Mart sent us an email 1/9 to verify if base was delivered. What a relief, no stress, no strain. We have not received this level of customer service attention in a long time. To top it all off, assembly was a breeze. The dinette set is high quality, comfortable and striking.

This is a very nice table set, it takes quite a long time to put together. The instructions are lousy. The delivery by UPS leaves a lot to be desired. They delivered the table bon 1 day and the chairs the next. Again, the instructions for assembly is very bad especially for the chairs.

A Table for Any Size Area

I replaced my old white tiled country table and chairs with this beautiful round honey colored table and chairs. I love that the table ends come down to make a smaller table when needed. It is perfect for a small or large area. It is exactly as it looks online. One of my favorite purchases from Overstock.

Quality is poor

The table top finish is chipping off at the drop leaf edge. It wobbles and is far from sturdy. The chairs had to be wood glued together to be safe to sit on. So sorry we purchased this set. Very poor quality especially for the price.

Excellent product and highly recommend.

Very well made table and chairs. I love it. Perfect size for my small kitchen. Assembly took a long time for me but it was worth the time and frustration. It would be awesome if furniture came already assembled for anyone over 70 years old! The table and chairs are heavy and sturdy. Couldn't be happier and glad to be giving this five stars.

Excellent product! Arrived together in separate boxes. Professionally/carefully packaged, zero scratches/zero defects, box packaging super strong, all hardware accounted/included, no hardware missing, hardware assembly tools included, assembly document with images included, simple to assemble. Measurements accurate. Wood texture beautifully crafted, heavy/thick, all super smooth edges, purchased seat cushions from Walmart....lovely product to have in my circle dining area. Excellent Quality. Very Pleased.

Designed & built like a Battleship

Solid wood throughout--fits my dining nook just fine. I loved 'Assembly' and ease of it. Chairs came in 2 boxes--2 chairs each. Surprise was the second box chairs were Dark Brown. Thought about return, but the 50:50 Contrast is neat, and I live alone, so I kept them. For the money, fringes, and quality--Can't beat 'em.....

Very nice dinette set

This is a really nice dinette set. Comfortable chairs and a stable table. Be prepared to do a lot of assembly. In addition to the screws that came with the set, I glued the joints also with carpenter's glue.
