The first time I washed it the cover fell apart.

Waste of money.....

For the cost, it should have FAR more stuffing in it. This is not like the one I had years ago. The quality does not match the price........ total rip off.

Wish it had a softer fabric and/or a cover for it. The fabric is scratchy and doesn’t feel good to lay against.

BEWARE i slept with it one night and woke up with bed bug bites all over my neck.

The ear whole is positioned too high and there is a ridge running up the middle that irritates the ear

Worthless

This product in my opinion is worthless, it doesn't support anything, it's very flimsy and don't support your head at all, I've put my head on it and it's like my head is laying on the mattress, there's no firmness to it at all.

Tied it one, way too small, gave it to thrift store.
