Awkward at first but stick with it!
It took a few nights to get used to but once I got comfortable with it my neck pain lessened because of the extra support.

Helps with Sleep
My sleep position is much more consistent now that my spine is more aligned. I used to move around a lot because one position would eventually just start hurting. My new pillow keeps me comfortable by keeping my back and neck straight. I'm mostly a side and tummy sleeper

This is the best and most comfortable pillow made. It makes sleeping a joy. Looking at the shape of it you would think there's no way this could help me sleep. I have given several as gifts and everyone love it like me. Added bonus, it really does help with neck and back problems.
