The wedge pillow help for sleep apnea and acid reflux. Before buying measure the height that you would prefer because this is a high pillow.

Firm but soft enough

This is firm enough to not sag over time (I've only used it 3-4 nights so far) but soft enough to not have to use a pillow. I prefer a firmer matress and dislike a soft pillow-top type of mattress. So your milage may vary if you prefer softer bedding. I only wish it was a little wider as I am also used to a king sized bed and tend to shift positions often.

Unfavorable

Seller says pillow will fully form its shape in 48 hours. It did NOT. After five days, the pillow still has a deep unformed valley on the bottom, which can be felt on top.

So stiff cant use. Thought it would help with my snoring and sleep issues. I could have got the same effect with a 12 inch board. Same comfort
