Fantastic table...great to eat on or work on for several ppl

Beautiful table and the top is amazing. Works perfectly! It's very heavy and thick, so several people can eat on it or work on it at the same time. The only reason I returned it was because we couldn't see the prettiest part of my new rug thru it. Had to get glass top. Bummer!

Issues putting together! Trick to know...

I know that I see others saying they could not get their tables put together. We ordered one and on the first attempt no matter how hard we tried we could not put it together. Ashley was nice enough to send another one out. When working on the second one, my husband ran into the same exact problem. We were like why????? the holes were off just a little bit and it made no sense. While helping him, I just happened to look down from a good angle and saw that there are slider screws on the bars for the lift up part. One side is made to be loosened so that you can pull the boards closer to make a nice tight fit. Once that is done, you tighten those screws again and tada! New beautiful table! Just thought I would share in case anyone else is as frustrated as we got :) BTW, if you look real close in the instructions, you will see a line with an arrow at each end.. showing on that bar.. but it isnt like easy to spot!! LOL

HACK MY HOME IRL

We are obsessed!!! It's so nice to be able to eat snacks right in front of the TV with the lift up top, and store them in the drawer along with the sides inside hold chargers, remotes, and game controllers. We've been watching Hack My Home on Netflix and this is a real hack!

This is absolutely perfect. The colors are just like they look in the pictures on line. Took about an hr. for 2 of us to assemble. I would definitely recommend .

Nice modern farmhouse style!!

Very nice unfortunately it was badly damaged in shipping. Overstock was quick to rectify. The finish and color was very nice. Big big drawback… you have to assemble!

Beautiful but should have two people put together. Illustrations only. No written directions. Should have paid to have it assembled (but I’m medically challenged). Wished it were solid wood but still very heavy.

Large Scratch uncovered

I bought this table just a couple weeks ago. The top wasn't the brown color I was expecting as stated in the description. The top is actually more grey, but it had been growing on me until yesterday when I was dusting the top I noticed that it had a large scratch that was obviously covered up with some sort of coloring. So as I was dusting, the coloring was coming off onto my rag. Wow, this is very unsettling and disappointing that this was a cover up. I hope the company does the right thing here!! I have spent quite a bit with them lately.

Nice table!!

It took forever to get it. We were told that the extra we paid included someone assembling it. After arrival we were told no they would not be assembling this table. My husband put it together. The directions were easy to follow. I like it. It isn't solid wood of course, but it looks nice in the den. If someone is looking for a nice, decorative table on a budget, I recommend this table. I like the pull up feature.

Nice table set!

It’s a decent table for the money. It took my husband about 3 1/2 hours to put it together. Mechanics work well, drawer is not super sturdy but we don’t plan to put much in it. The color is great for our gray sectional. Overall I’m pleased with our purchase of the lift table and small end table.

Absolutely exceptional purchase! It looks just as pictures and it's perfect in my living room accenting the tobacco leather sofa. The functionality with the raise top is the perfect height to use as a desk or serving area for entertaining. Be careful if you have cats they like to hide in the back! It's very sturdy and stable you actually need to lift it for it to fold back in. I was looking for something that was exceptionally built, stylish and sturdy. It's nice to have a different location for zoom meetings than the office or the dining room. He won't be disappointed if you purchase this piece of furniture to accent your living room, family room or den!

Love the style, scratches very easily

We love the style of the coffee table and it works amazing! It makes the living room look nice. The only negative so far is how easy the top scratches. Setting minimal things down on it cause a lot of scratches, so this will probably only last a year or two which is disappointing. So if you’re fine with scratches, then this table is great!

Decent coffee table

Love the look and it's sturdy. The top is a little cheap it seems and scratches fairly easy. The knobs don't screw in tight, so they feel like they will pull right off. Overall I do like it just a bit disappointed in the few minor things. I'm glad I got it on sale for a decent price.

Great table once all together

Cons: This item sucked to put together. Make note that there are two sizes of the screw clips. I didn't notice that when I opened the parts package. Also difficult to tell what the front and back was when putting it together. I had to move the top up and down many times to make sure it was right. One of the screw holes was over drilled so the screw would not go in which means not as sturdy as it should be. Also when the box arrived it was pushed in on the corner which meant when I opened the box the Styrofoam was busted. Many and I mean many little Styrofoam balls all over the place.

Table is 5-star...assembly is 2-star

Absolutely love the table & it's good quality, but the assembly is a bit of a pain. My husband has put together LOTS of things in the past and this was one of the tougher pieces. The instructions are a little hard to follow. However, it's worth it in my opinion. (Note: I helped with the assembly very little). < grin>

Not only beautiful but functional as well.

Not only is this coffee table extremely beautiful but it’s very functional. The table top glides easily up and makes a great desk to work on or eat dinner. The big drawer is great for putting extra blankets and pillows. It took me about 90 minutes to put together by myself but I was watching TV and taking my time so I’ll probably take me about 60 minutes. The instructions were easy and all the supplies were provided. More than happy with my table I love it!

Great table but be careful lowering lift top

Just received this coffee table and I really love it. It's beautiful, sturdy, and fairly large. Although the box it arrived in was completely trashed, the pieces were not damaged and it was easy to put together. It took me about 2 hrs to build. My only issue is that the lift top has slammed shut when being closed. Just make sure to hold onto it the entire time you're lowering it and you should be fine. Really beautiful table!

Love it!!

Love it!! I've assembles several pieces of furniture but this one proved to be a challenge getting things aligned properly.. That said I love this piece. Easy lifting and doesn't slam down when lowering like some others I've seen. (Storage is great for hiding remotes from small grandsons.)
