Easy to use/operate

The faucet was easy to install and is easy to use. I like that there is a handle or that I can fill my bathtub up quickly with the main faucet. The black finish gives the product an amazing look!

Beautiful faucet

This tub filler is beautiful and looks great in our new bathroom. The style is very modern and clean. We had our plumber install and he did report a problem with the tread on the handheld faucet, therefore it does leak around the bottom.

So far it's exactly what was expected. The swivel feature is an added bonus. If I could change anything I'd add more floor stability and a way to tell if the tub is engaged or the shower wand. As it stands now there is no way to tell and if it's on the shower wand it can leave a mess.

Looks great

We just installed it in our new bathroom and it looks great. We haven't tested it to its fullest capacity, but the few times we've turned it on, it worked as expected. Only caveat is that you need to let the attachment head fully drain after use, otherwise it might leak a little on the floor.
