Bud of mine bought a flip house. Bathroom faucet failed, so we bought this one. It's pretty much the exact same faucet that came out, but with a brushed nickel instead of chrome finish. Installed easy, had plenty of hardware.

Included rubber seals don’t work as specified

The 1.6 gpm flow limiter means you do not get powerful stream from the tap. It’s something you need to get used to. There is an issue with the thin rubber seal under the top flange leaking. I had to remove that and use a silicon based putty instead to get a good seal.

Better than the price would make you think

The distance from the back of the sink is better than most bathroom faucets. I get really tired of accidentally touching the back of the sink because the faucet spout comes nowhere near the middle of a normal sized bathroom sink. I chose this one because it does.

Lasted 3months

The drain lifter broke in the pipe 3 months after installing. Also drain hole cover rusted. I'm still on the phone waiting for customer service to see if they will refund my money.

Love the look, but.......

I love the look and design of this faucet. I installed it a little over a year ago and one of the faucets is down to a trickle. I tried cleaning the aerater and soaking in vinegar, but no luck.
