not a good experience

definitely not worth the money! I purchased this in December 2022 by march 2023. The stitching started to come undone. I contacted Walmart. There was nothing they could do about it. I contacted the manufacturer no response. Very disheartening to know a product that cost so much money is falling apart within a few months of buying it! don’t buy it

Disappointed and frustrated.

The post that the arm of the chair slides into was very bent. We tried to bang it into place but the arm is not quite fully secure. Very disappointed since that was one of the last things to put on when building the chair. We are keeping the chair just because we do not want to to take it apart to return it! The chair is comfortable except for the crooked arm!

worth the money, slightly uncomfortable

Assembly was easy to understand and it came with a couple extra screws/bands/etc, product arrived on time, one note worthy thing about this chair is, It's definitely not meant for wide people. if you're slim and narrow then it'll work like a dream! but if you're big

Good chair.

It is a very nice chair, except I had to remove the foot rest as there is not enough room under my desk for my knees. I like the vibrator and the overall construction though. I would buy it again.

Super comfortable chair

When my wife started working from home, she realized that she needed a good chair. She got one from one of the competitors and complained that it wasn't comfortable enough for her. A friend of the family's suggested the Dowinx chair and now, she is in heaven. This chair is a lot more comfortable, has better lumbar support and it comes with the vibrating back cushion. The leg support is great and now, she is happy while at work.
